I am working with M/S MEHR TECHPACK LLP as a technical head in electrical and
maintenance department. M/S MEHR TECHPCK was established in September
2017 it is plastic bag manufacturing in FIBC (FLEXIBILITY INTERMEDIATE BULK
CONTAINER)
1. ORGANIZATION AS BODY
We are having many parts in our organization as like as we have in our body all
parts are important to growth of organization and they are playing vital role to
make organization as much as bigger in this world. Our brain like top
management, our heart like production, liver like human resources, kidney like
marketing team etc. this parts of body and organization playing important role for
success and if any part will not able to react well it will impact on total
organization growth.
2. ORGANIZATION AS NATION
Every person who is having one vision for the company to make as much as big in
the world and make a different identity our nation in the world and same thing
organization employee do for the company and in nation having different states,
different city, different area and the same thing we have seen in our organization
in way of our different department everyone has numerous ability to make our
organization well. All departments maintain good communication between other
department and also work for every single employee personal growth. If
employee ready to pay his life for the growth of the company definitely also take
care of his employee vice versa.
3. ORGANIZATION AS OCEAN
As employee of the company I can see my organization as ocean and I am be like
swimmer how can I swim as deep as and also able to travel as I want because this
based on my personal growth as also provide ample opportunity to polish my
talent on this stage which is providing by company. Sometimes you travel in
wrong direction and try to find out your purpose so in that condition you will face
challenge for self and come out this challenge is big achievement for you and your
organization. As organization swimmer we are able to survive in market and
compete with our competitors.
4. ORGANIZATION AS ROBOT
We all are working based on organization protocol which has been decided by
our senior management who basically work on company rules and regulation. As
we are robot of our organization we do something based on rules and every
department has different rules if you need to intervene others department first
need to follow their rules so behalf of that you can allow for this as like robot
having some fixed coding in his memory chip based on that robot will work.
Organization coding decides by few departments like.
Human resources. Relation management team, marketing department,
production department etc.
5. ORGANIZATION AS ELECTRIC POWER
AS I am engineer in my company I can see we myself as power and same every
organization department having different power load and consumption they will
use based on their requirement. Key point is we can able to break our target limit
and make another record. Our power we can use in new innovation for the
product and also able to use creativity in our product but in some time we having
losses in power during transmission as same we face losses of customer’s during
in lack of service and quality issues.
6. ORGANIZATION AS NGO
We work like NGO because we work on base of morality, human welfare,
customer relationship, employee improvement and better communication
between senior and junior etc. As a NGO I can see my organization which work on
this propaganda I can say our unity make our organization in different level of
success.
