This document provides assignments for gathering evidence to support Tenet 4 of the Danielson Framework regarding teacher practices and decisions. Teachers and staff members are being asked to submit examples of goals and reflections, rubrics, checklists, lesson plans, behavior data, schedules, and other materials showcasing differentiation, collaboration, data analysis, and responsiveness to student needs. Evidence is needed from various subject areas, grade levels, and programs to demonstrate effective instructional practices.

Student Work Analysis (Writing with SMART goal) – ______________________________
- Please reach out to team leaders to submit their grade level writing analyses that include their SMART goal. Once you have reviewed these, please choose the one you believe best supports effective practice. Then, follow up with that team to collect 2-3 quality writing samples that show they met their goal.
- Please print copies of each rubric and submit with writing samples. The samples can be from AIS groups or classrooms. Samples should be from grades 3-5.
- Can you please check with Ms. Grady and Mr. McGavan on this. They can submit any tool they are using for monitoring student growth.
Art Impact Statements – ______________________________________
- Similar to last year, please submit updated personal statements from students on their art work.
Music Lesson Plan with Collaboration – ____________________________________
- Please check in with Ms. DeLuca to submit an updated lesson plan that include her cross- discipline instruction. She submitted one last year, so there is a sample in the tenet binder if needed. Related Studies Plan Submissions for Writing/Math - __________________________________ - Related studies teachers have been submitting weekly plans along with classroom teachers. This is a great showcase of teacher practices. Collect 1 from each related studies teacher.
- Please check in with Mrs. Passardi to gather some photos from enrichment. Along with this, I need the calendar of cycles and statements from 2 teachers and 2 students as to how enrichment is positively impacting Bellevue.
Coaching Cycle Notes – Ms. Smith
- I will be collecting notes and feedback from teachers surrounding instructional coaching and MCL coaching.
Bellevue Personalized Learning Design Plan – ________________________________________
- Please submit Bellevue’s most updated plan for implementing PL. Please check with Mr. Taylor and Ms. Stratton on this.
Grade Level Behavior Data Plan – _____________________________________
- Please reach out to team leaders to collect minutes from our behavior data meetings. Choose 1 from K-2 and 1 from 3-5 to submit to me.
- Please submit evidence of student self-reflection/goal setting from student data binders or any other format that you have used/observed. You can reach out to staff to collect if needed! (If we could have 2 samples from K-2 and 2 samples from 3-5, that would be great!) Statements of Practice – __________________________________________ - Please choose 4 teachers (2 from K-2 and 2 from 3-5) to write BRIEF (no more than 7-8 sentences) about how they include differentiation in their instruction and lesson planning in an effort to be responsive to student needs.
Classroom Schedules/Differentiated Centers – Ms. Smith
Weekly PD/Planning Time Evidence - ___________________________________
Please check in with a couple teams to gather their minutes/unpacking notes from weekly PD along with their submitted lesson plans for each. Example: If you would like to choose math— we will need their EnVision unpacking template and a lesson that was produced based off that week’s PD. Or if you choose enrichment—we will need the agenda Mrs. Passardi put out and a collection of enrichment lessons.
