The ETS700 is a fully automatic tabber and

KIT FOR CUT CELLS


SOLDERING HEAD
The CUT SOLAR CELLS are used when a high
voltage is required for a small sized module.
Ecoprogetti has developed 3 kits for cut cells
soldering to be integrated in the ETS700
with a reliable and automatic process. The
Kits are easily and quickly installed in the
ETS700 thanks to the extreme flexibility of
the machine. The KIT FOR CUT CELLS are
available for cells of 30 mm to 139 mm with
3, 4, 5 and 6 bus bar.

ACCESSORIES FOR STRINGER MACHINE
TRAY ECOLAYUP
Ecoprogetti’s TRAY ECOLAYUP is an
automatic safe storage system for strings
made both of full size and cut cells.
The strings are loaded from the flipper of
the stringer machine and then are gently
positioned onto the storage trays. Thanks
to the usage of a soft vacuum system
there is no risk of cell breakage.

INSPECTION TOOLS
The camera inspection system developed
by Ecoprogetti makes the soldering process
easier and gives the opportunity to improve
the production output.
This system permits to detect the broken
cells before the soldering process.
Ecoprogetti’s camera inspection system
is able to detect the breakage of the solar
cells, cracks and chips. this system makes
the process more efficient and avoid time

HIGH SPEED LAYUP
The layup stations ECOLAYUP 100 series are
designed to simplify the layup of the strings
on the glass.
A load arm, with the help of vacuum, picks
up the strings and turns them clockwise or
anti clockwise before positioning them on the
glass already prepared with the first layer of
encapsulation material. The glass enters in
the machine on a motorized conveyor belt.
The number of strings per glass is settable

The robot’s arm picks up the strings from
the stringer machine and places them on

ing system that picks up the glass of various
size and dimension from the glass pallet onto
