and repaint it. If leakage is
observed, find out the point of
leak and arrest it.

3 Clean Condenser inlet and To be free from Dirt,Dust Opr Daily 5 sec Clean
outlet Valves and Rust.

4 Inspect Condenser inlet and No water Leakage / Rust Opr Daily 5 sec If rusted, remove the rust by
outlet Valves polishing with emery paper
and repaint it. If leakage is
observed, find out the point of
leak and arrest it.

5 Clean Main 440 v CABLE Free from dust and dirt. Opr Fort 5 sec Open and clean using Vacuum
Entry Box Cleaner

6 Inspect Main 440 v CABLE No Discoloration of the Opr Fort 5 sec Retighten the terminal bolts
Entry Box ends of the cables. and nuts. Or recrimp the cable
(should not be blackened) if needed.

7 Clean Control Box Free from dust and dirt. Opr Fort 5 sec Open and clean using Vacuum
Cleaner

8 Retighten Terminals in the Should not be loose Opr Monthly 2 min Retighten

Oil Stickers throught the Oil cooler and
check the Oil Heater also.

11 Clean Starter panel Free from dust and dirt. Opr Daily 20 Sec Clean

12 Inspect Terminals inside the No Discoloration of the Opr Fort 5 sec Retighten the terminal bolts
starter panel ends of the cables. and nuts. Or recrimp the cable
(should not be blackened) if needed.

13 Inspect Contactor Terminals Area of Contact to be Opr Monthly 1 min Replace the contactor kits
minimum 50 %

14 Inspect OverLoad Relay Current Setting to be 330 Opr Monthly 1 min Adjust
