Prior to stuffing, we checked and found inside of the container dry, clean, odorless and outward apparently in sound

condition. Hence, fit for stuffing of nominated cargo.
3 On completion of stuffing, the door has been closed properly with seal as above in presence of all connected concerned.

KRT Audit Corporation (hereafter known as KRT) does not certify your goods to be defect-free, nor does it ever authorize your goods to be shipped.
Instead, KRT applies your inspection criteria to the sampled lot and reports back its findings for your consideration in an effort to reduce the possibility
of non-conforming goods being delivered. KRT inspection results are solely based on the sampled lot units actually inspected and not the entire
shipment lot and solely based on the inspection criteria you have provided, not any inspection criteria outside that which you have specified. KRT
inspection results are representative of the inspected sampled goods at the moment of inspection and may not necessarily represent the quality or
quantity of your goods at the time of shipment. Container Loading Check results represent the quantity of cartons observed being loaded and not the
quality of the goods. Although spot checking to confirm the type of goods is usually possible, in most cases spot checking is insufficient to determine
the type of goods contained in each carton being loaded. Supplier and Factory Audit results are primarily based on inspector observation of your
supplier’s facility, as well as information your supplier provides us, both of which can be somewhat subjective. Therefore, Supplier and Factory Audit
results are for reference only and not necessarily entirely representative of the entity’s legal and financial status, manufacturing capability, and business
ethics.

No action, inspection, or audit by KRT relieves in anyway the seller of the goods from bearing complete legal and financial responsibility to deliver
you proper, defect-free goods. KRT is neither an insurer nor guarantor and disclaims all liability in such a capacity.

KRT Audit Corporation policy also requires that we inform you of the following. The AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) inspection protocol is the basis
on which the inspection and manufacturing industries calculate minimum sample lot quantity and the number of maximum allowable minor and major
defects. Sample lot quantities smaller than required by the AQL inspection protocol do not provide results sufficiently representative of the total
shipment/lot condition and are statistically invalid. Therefore, if you have requested a sampling inspection be performed on your shipment and the
sample lot quantity you have specified and/or the number of inspection Man Days you have authorized, does not allow us to sample the minimum
number of pieces required by the AQL inspection protocol, then you void all KRT Audit Corporation service liability for your shipment.

Please carefully review all inspection and audit report information and freely request clarifications prior to authorizing your shipment for acceptance or
delivery. Errors and/or omissions in the communication, the inspection, and the reporting processes are very rare, but if they should occur, you
understand and agree that KRT Audit Corporation's cumulative liability will not exceed 12 times the single day rate and you further understand and
agree that KRT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the actual amount of your due compensation as well as to credit your KRT account
with free-of-charge inspections in lieu of any monetary or other financial payment.

KRT shall have no liability whatsoever for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or customer goodwill and you agree to hold
harmless KRT Audit Corporation and its officers and indemnify it against all claims by any third party for any loss. All KRT liability will cease after 60
days is elapsed from the date of the inspection/audit. Your acceptance of this inspection/audit report and/or your failure to notify KRT of your refusal
to accept these terms prior to your goods being shipped, confirms your agreement to all the aforementioned limited liability terms and conditions
contained herein
KRT will sometimes assist customers in ordering lab testing services from accredited multi-national laboratories, government-operated laboratories, or
government-accredited independent local laboratories. In all cases, you understand and agree that KRT is acting solely as an intermediary agent to
assist you in the placing of your outside lab test order, and that you will not hold KRT liable in any way for possible test result discrepancies or other
performance-related issues arising from your using these or other third party laboratories for your product testing.

Your acceptance of this inspection report and/or your failure to notify KRT Audit Corporation of your refusal to all the above terms prior to
your goods being shipped, confirms your understanding of, and agreement to ALL aforementioned terms and conditions contained herein,
Section 7, KRT Limited Liability.
