Estoy de acuerdo contigo, Pardo's tiene una segmentación distinta así como su público objetivo, la
diferencia en los precios es la razón. Respecto al posicionamiento creo que es relativo ya que los
otros consumidores que van a Roky's pueden tener más presente esa marca que la de Pardo's,
ambas están en las mentes de los consumidores con diferencias respecto a la calidad, precio, etc.
From my point of view, Roky’s and Pardo’s are not direct competitors. This happens because
Roky’s is a company working in the same product industry but with a possible different quality;
that means, it does not have the same grade of competence. On the other hand, Las Canastas
restaurant is a company that acts in the same sector, because both want to satisfy the needs or
wishes from the same group of clients. Both compete for the same target market, so the
consumers see both as a same solution.

I agree with you. Pardo’s has different market segmentation. The difference in prices is the reason.
Regarding the positioning, I think is relative, because the consumers that attend to Rokys bear in
mind more Rokys brand that Pardos. Both are in consumer minds with some differences in quality,
price, etc.
