Dear Mr Morrison

I write to you to seek assistance in relation to a matter of FOI and in order to have our name
removed from a list that is causing my family’s correspondence to Government Departments and
Ministers to be filed away without any investigation.

We enclose herewith a letter from the Freedom of Information Unit Legal Services Directorate in
relation to our request that Magda Pollack of the Selective Schools Unit not be permitted to
process our FOI applications in relation to matters pertaining to our children as serious allegations
of bias, victimization, destruction and manipulation of state records and misconduct have been
made against her.

I believe that it is serious corruption risk when the system allows one person to have so much
control over the Selective School process. This is particularly relevant when there are allegations
of systematic manipulation of test scores and school applications made against this member of
staff that has never been addressed.

Under FOI we have also received documents that the Department of Education & Training (DET)
has stated showed that I had been put on a ‘so called’ repetitive correspondent list – see attached
and marked “A:

Records produced under FOI show that I was placed on this undated list on the word of the
person about whom we are making formal allegations of victimization and misconduct against
and I was placed on this list so that the allegations made against her would not be addressed or
investigated.

I was presented by this person in internal Government documents as having been deemed
vexatious by the Minister for Education (see attached and marked “B”) however this is not true,
(see attached and marked with the letter “C”).

Our allegations have also been presented as having been investigated and officers cleared of
misconduct when no investigation has ever taken place see attached and marked with the letter
“D”. These lies have been spread by the person against whom allegations have been made. Our
allegations have never been investigated despite the Minister for Education ordering an
investigation – see attached and marked with the letter “E”.
Despite having compelling evidence to support our claims, allegations of systematic bias,
bullying, victimization, vilification, destruction/manipulation of state records, fraud and
corruption aimed at our four children and family by Department of Education staff have been
filed away without investigation and my family continues to be denied procedural fairness and
natural justice.

To date we can find no avenue though the process set up by the system or through any
investigatory bodies and/or Tribunals to get our name of the list and to have our allegations
independently and impartially analysed and addressed.

We ask that you please advise whether we have any rights in this regard and what process we can
use or access to have this matter properly and fairly dealt with and addressed.
