This apple cider recipe is so easy to make and tastes so delicious. Simply throw all the ingredients into
a slow cooker for a warm and festive beverage.

Ingredients
 8 medium apples cored and quartered (a mix of Granny Smith, Honey Crisp & Gala)
 1 orange (peeled and cut into segments)
 1 lemon (peeled and cut into segments)
 2/3 cup fresh cranberries
 3 cinnamon sticks
 1/2 teaspoons whole cloves
 1 whole star anise leave out if you can't find it
 enough water to cover fruit
 1/4 - 1/2 cup sweetener of your choice sugar, brown sugar, coconut sugar, maple syrup, honey,
Stevia etc.

Instructions
1. Place the quartered apples, orange, lemon and cranberries into a 6 Quart Slow Cooker. Add
cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, star anise (if using) and pour water over top (enough to cover the
fruit).
2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
3. Mash the fruit with a potato masher to release the juices. Cover and cook an additional 1 hour on
low.
4. Carefully strain the solids from the liquids using a fine mesh sieve. Discard solids and store cider
in an airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for later use.

Ingredients
 red sugar
 sprite
 ice
 frozen lemonade concentrate
 pineapple juice
 sugar
 lemon-lime Kool-aid
 One gallon pitcher

Directions
1. Pour 2 quarts of water into the pitcher.

2. Add in Kool-aid and sugar, stir until sugar is all dissolved.

3. Stir in pineapple juice and lemonade.


4. Add in ice and top of the rest with sprite.

5. Rim glasses with red sugar, and then pour and enjoy!
