 IMPORTANT: before any eNodeB SW migration, please follow the secure upgrade process by initiating an initialization and
GO/NoGO meeting to ensure appropriate documentation and loads will be used

 Info: LR15.1 End of Maintenance (= C7) = planned eof August 2017

After the End of Maintenance date & up to End of Support, no more maintenance load are delivered,
only support of emergency fixes in case of critical / business impacting product issues.

LR15.1 End of Support (= C10) = planned eof October 2017

LR16.1 End of Support (= C10) = planned eof June 2017 (Dec 2021 TDD)
LR16.2 End of Support (= C10) = planned eof Dec 2021
After the After the End of Support date, neither TPS L4, L3 or L2 are giving any support.

 New KPIs included in Post Upgrade KPIs Report template and MOPs
- The global KPIs for upgrade must be provided 1 week after Post-upgrade monitoring phase.
- These KPIs will be filled by Upgrade Team and the Report sent within 2 weeks after committed Date for end of Operation.

Please read GOLF Quick User Guide to help you create your first GOLF request (available at above URL)

Once GOLF request is validated, you will be allowed to download the SW on the following OLCS (ALED) web portal:

Go through the authentication. On the right side of the page, select My Products (in My support part).
Select your product (9412 eNodeB...)
Select “Downloads: Electronic Delivery” (in Documentation and Downloads part).
Select the item that you wish to download.
