一、浸出车间开车条件:
水蒸气:压力≥ 0.6 MPa , 流量 2.5 T/H;

Steam :pressure≥ 0.6 MPa ,Flow:2.5T/H 注意:

Note:

1) 打开蒸汽分汽包(V303a)和蒸气分汽包(V303b)的疏水

器和疏水器旁通阀门,关闭蒸汽流量计两端的阀门,打开蒸汽

流量计旁通阀门及蒸气主管道的疏水器和疏水器旁通阀门;之

后,慢慢打开进汽总阀门,排放凝结水。正常后关闭疏水器的

旁通阀门。

Open the steam partition package(V303a) and steam partition
package(V303b) hydrophobic and hydrophobic bypass valves, close the
steam flowmeter valves at both ends, open the steam flowmeter bypass
valve and the steam main pipeline drain valve; After that, slowly open the
steam intake valve, discharge condensate. Close the bypass valve of the
water trap after normal.
2) 蒸汽分汽包(V303a)和蒸气分汽包(V303b)的蒸汽压力
至生产需要。
Steam pressure of steam separator(V303a) and steam separator(V303b) to
production requirements.
3) 开启阀门时,应站在阀门的侧面。

Start the valve,and stand beside of the valve side.

3、 压缩空气:压力≥0.6 MPa
Compressed air:pressure≥0.6 MPa
1) 压缩空气进入空气储罐;
Compressed air go into the air storage tank;
2) 春、夏、秋季每 6 小时从排污阀排污、排水一次;冬季每 3
小时排水一次。
Spring, Summer, Autuam every 6 hours from the sewage valve sewage,
drainage; Drain every 3 hours in winter. 3)调节压缩空气压力至生产

需要。

Adjust compressed air pressure to production requirements


4、 软水:压力≥3bar。
Soft water: pressure ≥3bar

5、 循环冷却水:压力≥3bar,温度≤32℃
Circulate cooling water:pressure ≥3bar,temperature≤32℃
6、 直接冷凝水:压力≥3bar,温度≤32℃
Direct condense water: pressure≥3bar,temperature≤32℃
7、 电源:380V
Electrical source:380V
8、 溶剂:满足工艺存量及生产补充需要。
Solvent:Meeting process inventory and production replenishment needs
9、 设备空运转正常,具备满足生产的工艺性能;
The equipment can be transported by air normally and can meet the
production performance.
10、 设备各阀门及风门的开关位置正确;各控制系统的连锁状态
及控制仪表灵敏可靠;
The equipment valve and valve switch position is correct; The chain state
and control instrument of each control system are sensitive and reliable.
11、 设备密封状况良好,卸料门、人孔门(盖)关闭;
Equipment well sealed, discharge door, manhole door(cover) closed
12、 设备内清理干净;DTDC 各层、各夹层内及沙克龙内部清理
干净。
Clean up the equipment; DDC clean up all layers, each cladding and
Shake interior.
13、 各种安全防护措施就绪;
Safety precautions in place;
14、 消防汽、消防水、灭火器及其他消防器材准备就绪;

二、浸出器料封:

Extractor materials seal:


1、 连锁开关 SF 的位置:“1”;选择开关 SE 的位置:“1”,正常操作
状态。

Location of chain switch SF:“1” : choose switch SE


location:“1”,normal operate situation.
2、 启动: 浸出器(V302) 喂料绞龙(L301) 进料
刮板

(L303a) 。

Start: Extractor(V302) Feeding augerL301) Materials feeding

scraper(L303a)通知预处理车间向浸出车间供料。
Inform supplying raw materials from pretreatment workshop to solvent
extraction workshop.
3、 存料箱的料封高(L303a)度做至 2.0M 以上。

Storage tank materials height(L303a)should be more than 2.0M.

4、 喂料绞龙(L301)做料封。

Feeding auger(L301)as materials seal. 三、浸出车间开机顺

序:

1、 启动冷却水循环系统:启动冷却水塔(T306) 冷却循环水泵

(P309a)或(P309b);

Start cooling tower water circulate system: Start cooling tower(T306)

cooling water pump(P309a)或(P309b);

注意:(P309a)或(P309b)先低速启动;冷却循环水进出水要
有温度差。

Note: ( P309a )或( P309b ) should start by low speed,cooling


circulate water in and out should have temperature difference.
2、 启动尾气风机(F303),尾气回收系统的压力:-30mm 水柱,
用(F303)出口管上的旁路阀。

Start tail gas fan ( F303 ) ,tail gas recovery system pressure:-30mm
water colume,use (F303) pipe discharge Bypass valve.
3、 启动吸收塔泵(P306a),循环矿物油;启动解吸塔泵(P306b)
,矿物油喷淋量为 3000L/h。
3. Start the absorption tower pump(P306a), circulating mineral oil; Activate
desorption pump(P306b) with mineral oil spray of 3000 L.

4、如下设备预热:
Preheat equipment as follows:
注意:带疏水器的,打开疏水器的同时,打开疏水器的旁通阀门
。预热完成时,关闭疏水器的旁通阀门。各进汽阀门慢
慢打开。

Note: Open the bypass valve of the water trap while opening the
water trap. When preheating is complete, close the bypass
valve of the water trap. Each intake valve opens slowly.
DTDC(T301)预脱层预热,各进汽阀门开度约 50%;在
DTDC(T301);第六层通入少量直接蒸汽。
DTDC(T301) pre-preheated layer, each steam valve opening
degree about 50 %; At DTDC(T301); The sixth layer is filled
with small amounts of direct steam.
(2) 调节进入第二蒸发器的蒸汽压力(E307),第二蒸发器
(E307) 壳程通气
Adjust steam pressure(E307) into the second evaporator, shell
ventilation(E307)
(3) 解吸塔(T305)、和汽提塔(T302)开伴热蒸汽。

Absorbtion tower(T305)、stripper(T302) should be with heating steam.

(4) 溶剂加热器(E301)、解吸塔前加热器(E306) 壳程开气。

Solvent heater(E301)、heater before absorbtion tower (E306)

(5) 蒸汽喷射泵(P307a)、(P307b)开蒸汽,打开吸气口,拉真
空。
Steam jet pump(P307a),(P307b), Steam off, open air
intake , take vacuum
(6) 蒸煮罐(V312)开直接蒸汽升温。温度为 60-70℃时,启动汽
提塔冷凝器的溶剂抽出泵(P309);蒸煮罐(V312)继续升温至
90-95℃; DTDC(T301)第六层开少量直接蒸汽。

Steam pot(V312) opens direct steam heating. When the temperature is 60-
70 ℃ , the solvent extraction pump(P309) of the steam tower condenser

is activated The cooking tank(V312) continues to warm to 90-95 °C


DDDC(T301) Level 6 opens a small amount of direct steam.

5、启动 DTDC(T301):
Start DTDC(T301):

(1) 粕库就绪后,启动:Whenthemealwarehouseready,start: 刮板
(L305) 刮板(L303c)

DTDC 蒸脱机(T301) 刮板(L303b)


DTDC desolventizer(T301) scraper(L303b)
(2)空气加热器(E304)在 DTDC(T301)出料前 30 分钟,进行预
热升温。空气加热器(E304)预热。预热方法:打开各疏水
器及疏水器的旁通阀门,慢慢打开各进汽阀门,排水升温;预
热正常后关闭疏水器的旁通阀门。
Air heaters(E304) are preheated 30 minutes before the DTDC(T301)
discharge. Preheat air heater(E304). Preheat method: Open the bypass valve of
the water trap and the water trap, slowly open the steam valve, drainage heating;
Close the bypass valve of the water trap after preheating normally. (3)风机

(F302)启动前应关闭风机(F302)的风门,待风机电流正常后,调节风

门。
Before start the fan ,should close the fan wind gate first ,when the electric
current become normal ,adjust the wind gate.

(4)沙克龙(X301a、b)的伴热开汽。

Cyclone (X301a、b) heating with open steam.

(5)当 DTDC(T301)第一层有料时(注意观察),开启捕集泵
P312,第五层有料时(注意观察),卸料阀(T301a)以最小
的频率转动,DTDC(T301)的电流,调节卸料阀(T301a)的
频率。
When DTDC(T301) is available on the first floor(note), the trap pump
P312 is activated on the fifth floor(note), Xieliaofa(T301 a) rotates at minimum
frequency, DTDC(T301) current, and the frequency of the discharge valve(T301
a) is regulated.
(6)调整 DTDC(T301)预脱层的间接蒸汽和第五层通入的直接
蒸汽,物料和混合气体升温,汽相温度 75-85℃。但要保证浸
出器负压。
Adjust the indirect steam of the pre-detachment layer of DTDC(T301)
and the direct steam of the fifth layer. Heat up the material and mixed gas. Vapor
temperature 75-85 ℃ But keep the Leach under pressure.
(7)调整各料 m,层高度。
Adjust the height of each material layer.
(8)调整空气温度和风机的风门。
Adjust air temperature and wind doors for fans

6、启动浸出器:
Start extractor:
(a)浸出器空车启动:

Extractor start empty: (1)连锁开关 SF 的位置:“1”;选择开
关 SE 的位置:“1”,正常操作状态。
Location of chain switch SF: "1"; Select the location of the switch SE:
"1", in normal operation.
(2) 启动: 喂料绞龙(L301)。

Start: Feeding auger(L301)。

(3) 通知预处理车间向浸出器供料。
Inform to supply the raw materials from pretreatmentw orkshop to
solvent extraction workshop
(4) 观察无料的流动状况,物料触及低料位报警器(LLA-V301
), 按“reset”(重置),启动浸出器(V302)。
The flow condition of the raw material is observed. The material touches
the low material level alarm(LLA-V301), press "reset"(reset), start the
leaching device(V302).
(5) 在料层未稳定前,浸出器最前面和最后面的两个喷淋阀门关
闭。
Two spray valves at the front and back of the Leach are closed until the
material layer is stabilized.
(6) 调整浸出器喷淋阀门:料层表面应平整,物料不被混合油带
走。
Adjust the extractor spray valve: the surface of the material layer should
be flat, the material should not be taken away by miscella.

(b)浸出器满载启动:Full capacity start the extractor (1)连
锁开关 SF 的位置:“1”;选择开关 SE 的位置:“1”,正常操作
状态。
(1) Location of the chain switch SF: "1"; Select the location of the switch
SE: "1", in normal operation.
(2)按常规操作启动 DTDC(T301)及其他设备。

Start DTDC(T301) and other equipment as usual. (3)启动湿粕刮板机

(L303b)。

Start wet-type meal scarper(L303b)

(4) 蜂鸣声。
Beeping.
(5) 连锁开关 SF 打到位置“2”上(即旁路位置),蜂鸣声关闭

Chain switch on SF to position "2"(i.e. bypass position), switch off the
beeping.
(6) 物料到达浸出车间时,启动喂料绞龙(L301)
When raw materials arrive solvent extraction workshop, start feeding
auger(L301).
(7) 物料触及低料位报警器(LLA-E102)时,按“reset”(重
置),浸出器(V302)。
When the material touches the LLA-E102, press "reset"(reset), the
immersion(V302).
7、启动溶剂喷淋系统:

Start solvent spray system:
(1) 分水泵(P304) 溶剂泵(P305) 混合油循环泵(
P301f )、

(P301e)、(P301d)、(P301c)、(P301b)、(P301a)、
混合油泵(P302)

(2) 各喷淋泵小喷淋量循环;
Each spray pump small spray volume cycle;
8、启动混合油蒸发及溶剂回收系统:

Start miscella evaporating and solvent recovery system;

(1 启动混合油泵(P302)将混合油泵入混合油分离器

(F301a/b)(F303a/b)而进入混合油罐(V304)。
Start miscella pump(P302) and pump miscella to miscella separator.
(2)调节进入浸出器的溶剂流量和出油斗的混合油的流量,保持各
油斗液位的稳定。
Adjust the solvent flow rate into the extractor and the mixed oil flow
rate from the pump to maintain the stability of each pump level.
待混合油罐混合油液位达到要求后,启动混合油泵(P313)将混合油
泵入第一蒸发器(E305).在第一蒸发器(E305)的混合油温度达
60℃,混合油泵(P314)进口管道视镜看到混合油时,启动混合油泵
(P314)。
The mixing pump(P313) is activated into the first evaporator(E305). has
a mixed oil temperature of 60 ℃

在溶剂泵(P318)进口溶剂管道视镜看到溶剂时,启动溶剂抽出
泵(P318)。
Start solvent pump(P318) when solvent is seen in Rongjibeng(P318)
inlet pipe mirror.
注意:混合油进入第一蒸发器(E305)管程的时间先于 DTDC 的
混合气体进入第一蒸发器(E305)壳程的时间。
Note: The mixture enters the first evaporator(E305) tube before the
DDC mixture gas enters the first evaporator(E305) shell.
(5) 在第二蒸发器的混合油温度达 100-115℃时,混合油泵(
P315)的进口管道看到混合油时,启动油泵(P315)。
When the miscella temperature of the second evaporator reaches 100-
115 ℃ , the miscella pump(P315) is activated when the imported pipeline sees
the mixed oil.
(6) 调节进入第二蒸发器的蒸汽压力(E307)。
Adjust the second evaporator steam pressure(E307)
(7) 汽提塔(T302)通入直接蒸汽,混合油在汽提塔内自循环
;当磁翻板液位计有液位显示,温度达 100-105℃时,启动汽
提塔抽出泵(P303)。毛油进换热器(E306)后,经取样毛
油合格后打入毛油箱(V314),如未达标打入混合油罐(
V304)。
Stripper(T302) enters direct steam and the miscella circulates itself in the steam

temperature reaches 100-105 ℃, the steam lift pump(P303) is activated After
crude oil into heat exchanger(E306), after sampling the crude oil qualified,

、浸出车间停车:

Stop of extraction workshop


(一)浸出器停车:
Extractor stop ruuning:
1、 预处理车间停止送料前,停刮板(L303a)喂料绞龙(L301);
Stop the scraper(L303a) feeding auger (L301) Before stop
the pretreatment workshop feeding materials.
2、 浸出器带料停机:
Extractor stop woring with materials
a)喂料斗存料高度 2.5m 时,停浸出器电机(V302);

Stopper motor(V302) when feeding Hopper height 2.5 M b)停新鲜溶剂

泵(P305);

Stop fresh solvent pump(P305) c)停所有混合油循环泵;


Stop all miscella circulate pumps
d)关闭溶剂加热器(E301)的蒸汽。
Close solvent heater(E301) steam
3、浸出器排空停机:排空前,留够浸出器作料封的物料。

Extractorstoprunningwithoutmaterials:Beforedrain,leave
enough raw materials to seal the extractor inlet.

a)SF 打到位置 SE3,浸出器内物料走空后,停浸出器电机(V302
);
Make SF to position SE3, After raw materials inside extractor finish
ruuing ,stop extractor motor(V302). b)物料排空过程中,要关小混合

油的喷淋量;

In the process of material emptying, the amount of spraying of small


mixture oil should be closed.
c)停新鲜溶剂泵(P305);
Stop fresh solvent pump(P305);
d) 停所有混合油循环泵(若长时间停车需排空所有油斗内的混
合油);
Stop all the miscella cycle pumps(drain the miscella in all the hoppers if
you stop for a long time); e)关闭溶剂加热器(E301)的蒸汽。

Switch off the solvent heater(E301) steam f)浸出器内物料走空后,

作料封。
After the material in the extractor is empty, the material is sealed

(二)DTDC(T301)停车 stop running:


(1)刮板机(L303b)内的物料走净后,停刮板机(L303b)。
After the material in the scraper(L303b) is finish running,stop
the scraper(L303b)
(2)当上层料门指示器停止不动时,将其挂起来,停捕集泵 P312。
When the upper layer gate indicator stops moving, hang it up and stop the
trap pump P312

(3)微开第五层直接蒸汽和第一至四层间接蒸汽。
Micro-open fifth layor direct steam and first to fourth layor indirect
steam
(4)将第五层卸料阀(T301a)变频器达到“MANUAL”(手动)
位置上。
The fifth layer discharge valve(T301a) inverter is placed in the
"MANUAL"(manual) position.
(3)当每层的料门指示器不摆动时,将其挂起来。

When the gate indicator on each level does not swing, hang it up (7)

当上面三层的物料走空后,关直接汽和间接汽。
When the upper three layors raw materials finished ,switch off the direct
and indirect steam.
(8) (LLA-T301b)会报警两次。

(LLA-T301b)will make alarm twice.

(9) 停 T301a。

Stop T301a

(10) 每层物料走空后,停 T301(注意:T301 的空载电流)。

Every layor raw materials finish ,stop T301(Note:T301 empty


run electric current)

(11) 关闭空气加热器的进气阀门,打开疏水器旁通阀门。
Close the intake valve door of the air heater and open the drain valve.
(12) 待空气加热器及 T301 冷却后,停风机(F302)。
After air heater and T301 cooling, stop fan(F302).

(13) 待 L303c、L305 内的物料走空后,停。
When the material in L303c and L305 is empty, stop
(14) 通知粕库,停止供料。
Inform meal warehouse,stop materials supplying
(15) 将选择开关打到位置“1”。
Set the choose switch to “1”
(16) T301 停完之后,清扫各层、各进出风管、各风夹层、直接
蒸汽夹层内的物料。
After T301 stops, clean up the materials in each layer, in and out of the
air duct, in and out of each wind layer and in the direct steam layer.

(二)混合油蒸发及溶剂回收系统停车:
Miscella evaporation and solvent recovery system shut-down:
1、停混合油泵 P313。

Stop miscella pump P313 2、打开底阀放空第一蒸发器 E305。第一蒸


发器 E305 走空后,停泵

P314。
Open the bottom valve and empty the first evaporator E305. After the first
evaporator E305 goes empty, stop pumping P314.
3、 第二蒸发器 E307 中的液位降低后,打开旁路管线,物料走空后
,停泵 P315。
After the level in the second evaporator E307 is lowered, turn on the
bypass line and stop the pump P315 after the material is empty.
4、 关闭第二蒸发器 E307 的蒸汽。
Close second evaporator E307 steam

5、 打开汽提塔 T302 的底阀,物料走空。
Open stripperT302 bottom valve,wait until the materials finish.
6、 关闭汽提塔 T302 的直接蒸汽和间接蒸汽。
Close stripper T302 direct steam and indirect steam.
7、 汽提塔 T302 的物料走空后,停泵 P303。
Stop P303 after materials of T302 are empty.
8、 关闭蒸汽喷射泵 P307a 的真空阀门:关闭蒸汽喷射泵 P307a 的
蒸汽。
Close the vacuum valve of the steam injection pump P307a: close the
steam of the steam injection pump P307a.
9、 关闭解析塔 T305 的直接蒸汽。
Close deabsorbtion T305 direct steam.
10、 关闭矿物油加热器 E306 和解析塔 T305 的间接蒸汽。
Close the mineral oil heater E306 and the analytic tower T305 indirect
steam.
11、 冷凝器 E312\E308 内的溶剂走空后,停泵 P309。
Solvent finish inside Condenser E312/E308, stop pump P309
12、 关闭蒸汽喷射泵 P307b 的真空阀门:关闭蒸汽喷射泵
P307b 的蒸汽。
Close the vacuum valve of the steam injection pump P307b: close the
steam of the steam injection pump P307b.
13、 停毛油泵 P317。
Stop crude oil pump P317
14、 关闭浸出各工段主蒸汽阀门。

Stop all solvent extraction section main steam valves.
15、 停解析塔的泵 P306b。
Stop deabsorbtion pump P306b
16、 停吸收塔的泵 P306a。
Stop absorbtion pump P306a
17、 停分水泵 P304。
Stop water separate pump P304
18、 停尾气风机 F303。
Stop tail fan F303
19、 关安全水。
Close safety water.

四、工艺流程、工艺参数及操作
Process flow, process parameters and operation
(一)浸出工序:
Solvent extraction process:
1、 工艺流程:见浸出系统工艺流程图

2、 工艺参数:
Technical parameters:
(1) 浸出器压力:-10mmH2O-50mmH2O。
Extractor pressure:-10mmH2O-50mmH2O

(2) 浸出温度:55-58℃。

Extractor temperature:55-58℃。

(3) 溶剂温度:50-58℃
Solvent temperature:50-58℃
(4) 溶剂流量:约为:产量(吨/小时)/溶剂密度(吨/M³)
M³/ 小时。溶剂密度约为 0.67。
Solvent flow: about: production(Dun/xiaoshi) solvent density(Tg M3) M3
hours. Solvent density is about 0.67.
(5) 物料入浸温度:55-60℃。

Materials to solvent extraction workshop temperature:55-60℃。

(6) 物料入浸水分:8-10.5%。

Materials to solvent extraction workshop moisture:8-10.5%

(7) 入浸物料粉末度:<15%(膨化料为 10-15%,由于膨化料


特殊的物理性质,要维持一定水平的粉末度)。
Immersion powder: < 15 %(the expanded material is 10-15 %, due to the
special physical properties of the expanded material, to maintain a certain
level of powder).
(8) 浸出粕残油:≤1.0%。

Meal residual oil:≤1.0%

(9) 混合油浓度:25%左右。
Miscella concentration:Around 25%
(10) 混合油温度:50-58℃。
Miscella temperature:50-58℃。

(11) 混合油含粕末:≤0.1%。
Miscella include meal impurity:≤0.1%。

(二)蒸脱(DTDC)工序 process:
1、 工艺流程:见 DTDC 系统工艺流程图

2、 工艺参数 Technical parameter:

(1) 料层高度(由上往下数):直接汽层五层(900--1100 毫
米左右)、预脱层一至二层、透气层三至四层、热风层六层、
冷风层七层、在视镜高度的 1/2 左右;
Material layer height(from top to bottom): direct
steam layer five(900-1100 mm around),pre-release layer
one to two, air permeability layer three to four, hot air layer
six, cold air layer seven, in the mirror height about 1/2;
(2) 各层温度 Temperature for each layor: a)料温:五层 110--

115℃、四层 102--105℃、三层 80--90℃ 、七层 55--65℃、

Materials temperature:Fifth layors:110--115℃ 、 Fourth layor:102-

-105℃,third layor:80--90℃ 、Seventh layor:55--65℃ b ) 汽 相

温 度 : 75--85 ℃ 。 汽 相 压 力 不 超 过

100mmH2O(1mmH2O=9.80665Pa)

Vapour temperature:75--85℃.Vapour pressure not exceeding 100

c) 蒸脱机 T301 电流:空载电流≤A,运行电流≤A.

1.1、 所有容器、管道等设备内的混合油,溶剂必须清除或转移到
安全地带。

1.2、 所有容器、管道等设备内必须通入蒸汽消溶至少三遍,间隔
时间不得少于 4 小时。设备内所有残余物料必须清理干净。

equipment must be cleaned.
1.3、 地面、墙角等也用蒸汽消溶,消溶 2-3 天后,方可拆卸管道

环泵进口阀门并打开车间紧急补水阀门补充循环冷却水。

6.1.2 除设备设计注明外,其余设备安装后垂直度允差 1.5/1000,在
高度上允差 4 毫米。

6.1.5 管道安装

6.1.5.1 管道应沿着车间壁或操作平台平行敷设。

6.1.5.2 对口焊接的管道应做到内壁平齐,错口不超过壁厚的 10%,
最大不超过 1.5 毫米。

6.1.5.3 直径 100 毫米以下的管道的对接焊缝不允许在管道弯曲部位

The pipe diameters under 100mm connecting weld line isnt allowed in
bend pipe section.
6.1.5.4 各管道沿介质流向安装坡度不得小于 0.2%,且均应设排空装
置。
The slope of each pipe along the medium flow should not be less than
0.2 %, and all should be dislodged.
6.1.5.5 蒸汽管道必须加保温层,保温层不得有减薄,脱落现象,不
得用易燃材料代替。

6.1.5.6 各种管道应涂染不同颜色的油漆以便于识别,蒸汽管白色、
混合油管黄色、溶剂管红色、水管绿色、自由气体管浅蓝色、溶剂蒸
汽管蓝色。

6.1.6 仪表应安装在照明良好和易于观察的位置,使用的表盘不得小
于 100 毫米。

6.1.8 一切电器设施均应采取防爆型,防爆电器必须符合国家有关安
全规定。

6.1.9 防爆电器设备要选用工厂用防爆安全型,隔爆型。

6.1.10 设备、管道、钢制操作平台与门窗,非带电金属部位,金属
电线管等,均应保护接地,电器设备,金属外壳应单独接地。

6.2 调试 Test running

6.2.1 设备安装完毕后,用水对混合油、溶剂及溶剂气体系统(包括
管道、阀门及仪表)等工艺管道试压。
After installation, water is used to test the mixed oil, solvent and solvent
gas systems, including pipes, valves and meters.
6.2.2 蒸汽管道和冷凝水管应用蒸汽试压,进行吹扫一至二个小时,
除去管道中的赃物和焊渣。通过打开连接最近设备的蒸汽管道进行吹
扫,应对吹扫的管道进行固定,避免管道产生意外移动,人员远离,
防止烧伤。试压后,重新连接法兰,注意垫片和孔板是否正确安装。
保温时应保证螺栓和螺母易拆卸。

6.2.5 设备、操作平台等接地电阻不应大于 4 欧姆,法兰跨接电阻不
应大于 0.03 欧姆。

The ground resistance of equipment and operating platform should not
be greater than 4 ohms and the flange span resistance should not be
greater than 0. 03 ohms.

6.3 空车试验

6.3.1 需加润滑油的部分应加足润滑油,单机试运行,检查电机运行
方向正确与否,启动电流是否正常。

6.3.3 干料试车

从冷榨车间按处理量送入料胚进行干料试车,检查设备满载电流是否
在正常范围内,确保各设备在满载状态下运行平稳。

(七) 操作与使用
Operate and usage
7.1 开车 Start-up

7.1.1 开车前的准备工作
Preparation before start-up
7.1.1.1 打开浸出车间的一切门窗,天冷时根据室温调节,但不得全
部关闭。
Open all doors and windows of the leaching plant, adjust according to
room temperature when it is cold, but not all.
7.1.1.2 检查所有的消防器材是否完好,是否安装在规定的位置。

7.1.1.3 检查所有运转设备,检查设备、容器,确保其中无遗留工具
,铁钉,螺栓螺母等杂物,并检查是否安装正确,各轴承部位是否加
足润滑油。

由合格的电气工程师进行调试。

主粕回路和压力开关 PSI 置于解除联锁的位置。确保合上所有输送

设备的电气线路的安全开关。

7.1.1.8 检查冷却水供应系统是否完好,打开室外冷水循环和凉水塔

放足冷水,关闭冷凝器及分水箱放空阀门。其它管道在进蒸汽前,均
放空存水,尾气吸收系统内放足矿物油。

Check the cooling water supply system and open the outdoor cold water

before entering steam and the exhaust gas absorption system is filled with
mineral oil.
7.1.1.9 启动室外溶剂库泵,把溶剂泵到室内分水箱,记录溶剂库溶
剂的存量。

检查所有蒸汽阀是否关闭。要求锅炉房操作员向脱脂车间供应
0.8Mpa 的蒸汽。排出蒸汽总管和气动阀后蒸汽支管内的冷凝水。慢
慢打开总供汽阀。将蒸汽缓慢通入蒸煮罐内,将水温加热到 90~
95℃。尾气吸收塔入口处吸收油的温度应保持等于或略高于进入的
自由气体的温度以免矿物油内含冷凝水。

to prevent mineral oil from containing condensing water.
7.1.1.10 启动尾气风机和矿物油吸收系统的贫、富油泵,使吸收油循
环,将蒸汽通入到富油加热器和解析塔,将冷却水通入贫油冷却器,

并检查贫油出(进)口温度,使之达到操作温度。尾气回收系统的压
力:-30mm 水柱,用尾气风机出口管上的旁路阀或电机的变频器来
调节。根据压力显示,调节风机转速,使系统形成微负压。打开蒸汽
喷射泵 P307a/b 的蒸汽阀。打开吸气口,拉真空。

form a micro negative pressure.
Open the steam valve of the steam injection pump P307 AB. Open the
suction, pull the vacuum.
7.1.1.11 将(间接)蒸汽加入下列设备中(进行预热),第一蒸发器
,第二蒸发器,溶剂预热器,混合油加热器,汽提塔等。注意:带疏
水器的,打开疏水器的同时,打开疏水器的旁通阀门。预热完成时,
关闭疏水器的旁通阀门。各进汽阀门慢慢打开。

7.1.2.1 启动料封绞龙、进料刮板输送机向浸出器供料,待进料斗达
到一定(规定)料位后,停料封绞龙、进料刮板输送机。
Start materials seal auger,materials incoming scraper to extractor, when
the incoming bucket reach fixed level, stop materials seal auger and
materials incoming scraper.
7.1.2.2 启动新鲜溶剂泵,打开溶剂预热器,使溶剂的温度升至 55℃
,依次启动混合油循环泵,其目的是在启动浸出器拖链前,用溶剂气
体替代浸出器中的空气。检查浸出器内的压力,保持微负压 5mm 水
柱。待各油斗的溶剂液面与视镜中线平齐时,关闭新鲜溶剂泵。

开启间接蒸汽,预热 10-15 分钟。关闭第二蒸发器混合油出口管上
阀门及节能器喂料泵出口阀门,开启低空蒸汽喷射泵蒸汽。使主冷凝
器的真空度达到要求。

关闭空气加热器的加热蒸汽和风机。关振动分级筛,最后停风运系统

7.2.1.16 车间停车完毕后,全面检查各设备是否符合安全要求,特别
是 DTDC 内是否有余料、总蒸汽阀门是否关闭、电源是否切断。经
检查符合要求后,关闭车间全部门窗上锁。

蒸汽全部排出,以免豆粕继续受热而引起事故,再将蒸汽从直放管中
排出,停止蒸发系统。

8. 1.1 设备各轴承和驱动装置良好润滑。

8.1.5 电动机、减速机等通用设备按各自的产品技术条件维修和修理

8.2 注意事项:Note items

8.2.1 检修时应注意防止产生火花。

和车间内部取出;设备和管道要彻底清扫并用蒸汽将其内部的溶剂排
尽,还应将溶剂库与浸出车间连接的管道断开,用盲板封死。仔细检
查确认没有溶剂气体后,经厂部检查批准后方能动用明火检修。

根据浸出车间的几个主要操作系统,作排除故障的主要说明。

9.1 浸出系统 Solvent system

9. 1.1 浸出粕的残油率:
Oil residue rate of wet meal:
当浸出粕的残油率高时,需要检查以下几个方面:
When the residual oil rate is high, check the following:
9.1.1.1 料胚的粉末度太大,含水分过高,影响浸出渗透。
The powder degree of material embryo is too big, contain water too high,
influence leaching and permeation.
9.1.1.2 浸出器滴干出现问题,导致溶剂和少量的油残留在粕内。
There was a problem with the drip of the Leach, which resulted in the
solvent and a small amount of oil residue remaining in the meal.
9.1.1.3 在整个料层宽度,喷淋液分布不合理或者喷淋不好。
The width of the entire material layer, the spraying fluid distribution is not

9.1.1.4 新鲜溶剂喷淋不足,一致于浸出器中混合油的浓度太高。

9.1.1.6 操作时溶剂和料的温度达不到工艺要求,如果浸出温度较低
,则效果欠佳;如果温度高于 60℃,此时溶剂有沸腾趋势,阻碍了
滴干,影响浸出效果。

9.1.1.7 处理量超过了设计能力。

9. 1.2 浸出过程滴干情况不良,这种情况,液体在料床表面溢
流,就有必要降低料床底部混合油循环的流量,同时检查:

9. 1.3 浸出器的传动故障,如果浸出器的传动机构不转,或者
所有的机构都不动,安全销断开,可能是由于过载造成的。
If the transmission mechanism of the Leach does not rotate or all the
mechanisms do not move, the safety pin is disconnected, possibly due to
overload.
9.1.3.1 如果电机的停车明显的是由于过载,并且安全销断开,应检
查一下电机和启动器,是否是由于传动机构连续过载运转造成的原因

If the motor's parking is obviously due to overload and the safety pin is
disconnected, check whether the motor and starter are due to the
continuous overload operation of the transmission mechanism.
9.1.3.2 料坯也许有异常稠密或者有非常坚固的物料堆集在一起,这
就需要改善预处理的操作。
The billet may have extremely dense or very strong material heaps, which
requires improved pre-treatment operations.
9.1.3.3 有些传动机构中的部件可能损坏,或在调节中未能达到最佳
状态。

9.1.3.5 如果物料在浸出器内停留过长(一天或多天的时间),尤其
是当粘稠或温度较低时,可能会使阻力增加,给传动带来困难。
If the material stays in the Leach for too long(one or more days), especially
if it is viscous or at a low temperature, it may increase resistance and make
transmission difficult.

9.2 蒸发系统 Evaporating system

9.2.1 成品油的生产条件是汽提塔内的压力 0.016Mpa 或更低,并且


从汽提塔出来的油温为 105-110℃,混合油进入第二蒸发器必须处
于沸点否则蒸发器将以较大部分的加热面积用于加热,所以蒸发系统
的温度必须掌握:
The production conditions of the refined oil are pressure 0.016 Mpa or
lower in the engine tower and the oil temperature from the engine tower

9. 2.2 如果真空度明显下降可能是由以下原因引起的:

9.2.2.3 低真空喷射泵达不到其工作压力,或者进入真空冷凝器和汽
提冷凝器的冷却水不足或温度过高。

cooling water into the vacuum condenser and the steam lift condenser is
insufficient or too hot.
9.2.2.4 汽提喷入了太多的直接蒸汽。

9.2.2.5 到二蒸的混合油太多,或者是混合油的浓度太稀,这就会引
起汽提塔过载从而引起喷射泵过载。

由于上述的种种原因,蒸发系统中混合油的温度和压力暂不要按设计
值操作,最好是减少或停止第一蒸发器的混合油进油量。
Too much of the mixture to a second steam, or too little of the mixture,
can cause the Turbo to overload and so lead to the jet pump overload. For
all the reasons above, the temperature and pressure of the mixed oil in the
evaporative system should not be operated according to the design value.
9.2.2.6 并保持这种状态直到系统稳定,然后,逐步增大流量,使系
统慢慢恢复正常,最后达到设计值。在这期间,从汽提塔出来的毛油
应再循环到混合油罐中,直到成品毛油生产出来,不要将油蒸发操作
太长时间,因为长时间的循环会使整个系统过载。如果出现此现象,
应将所有的设备停车,直到蒸发系统恢复正常生产。总之,蒸发系统
生产出来的油必须达到成品油标准,否则不许出车间送精炼车间。

And maintain this state until the system is stable, then, gradually increase
the flow, so that the system slowly return to normal, and finally reach the
design value. In the meantime, Maoyouying, who comes out of the gas
tower, circulates to the mixing tank until the finished hair oil is produced.
Don't vaporize the oil for too long, because the long cycle can overload
the system. If this occurs, all equipment should be stopped until the
evaporation system is back to normal operation.
In short, the oil produced by the evaporative system must meet the oil
standards, otherwise not out of the workshop to the refining workshop.
9.3 干燥(蛋白粕的引爆实验)
Drying(activation of protein meal)
9. 3.1 成品蛋白粕有以下现象不许出厂:

9.3.1.1 蛋白粕中含溶剂,引爆实验不合格。

9.3.2.2、操作程序:

9.4.1 脱溶层喷射的直接蒸汽不足,应增加蒸汽喷射量。

9.4.2 蒸汽喷射不均匀,如果蛋白粕的温度低,且蛋白粕中有溶剂存
在的迹象,而混合汽温度在 85℃左右,很可能是由 DTDC 蒸脱层的
蒸汽喷射不均匀,部分喷孔堵塞。
If the temperature of the protein meal is low and the solvent exists in the
protein meal, and the temperature of the mixture is around 85 ℃, it is
likely that the steam injection from DTDC steam-off layer is not uniform
and partially blocked.
9. 4.3 处理量超过设计能力(过载),为了有效的脱溶,
DTDC 的脱溶区应有足够的料粕空间,以便充分发挥喷射蒸汽的作用
,同时也应有足够的时间,便于溶剂从粕中除尽。

9.4.4、料胚厚度过厚。

9.5.1、 如果 DTDC 蒸脱机装料过满,达到某一极限就会使电机过载
,它的过载保护装置应该断开并使设备停车。如果允许的话
,可经人工除去料坯。

9.5.2、 对搅拌叶进行调整,搅拌速度的变化,处理量的改变,以及

9.6、 成品粕含水过高

9.7、 “粘团”的形成(在 DTDC 中)

“粘团”的形成原因很复杂,物料结成的硬块常常达到直径 10cm
或更大,它会在物料系统中引起一系列的问题,可能一起“粘团”的
原因如下:

9.7.1、 喷入过多的直接蒸汽过多。

9.7.5、 溶剂带水或者料胚的温度过高。
The temperature of solvent with water or material embryo is too high.
9.7.6、 浸出器的沥干不好,或料坯的预处理不佳,都可能增加直接
蒸汽量,从而造成在脱溶阶段直接汽过多被冷凝为水,料坯
含水过多,造成“粘团”。
Bad leaching of the Leach or bad pretreatment of the billet may increase
the amount of direct steam, so that in the desolution phase, the direct steam

9.8、 尾气吸收系统
Tail gas absorption system
9.8.1、 尾气吸收系统中,温度、液面、流量应遵循下列条件:

9.8.1.1、 吸收用贫油温度:≤35℃。

9.8.2、 日常操作中,操作人员需做以下工作:
In daily operations, the operator must do the following:
9.8.2.1、 控制吸收塔流量计,保证设备底部液面,定期补充矿物油

Control absorption tower flowmeter, ensure the bottom of equipment
liquid surface, regular replenishment of mineral oil.
9.8.2.2、 检查解析塔汽水分离器,使用状况,确保供给解析塔的直
接汽符合使用要求。
Check deabsorbtion tower steam water separator, use status, to ensure that
the supply of direct steam tower meets the requirements of use.
9.8.2.3、 检查石蜡油的纯度是否有乳化液形成,有乳化液形成往往
是吸收油中含水。此时吸收效率将降低。通过石蜡分水器
处理,如果情况严重,应排空乳浊液后再补充新的干净石
蜡油。
Check the purity of paraffin oil whether there is emulsion formation, there
is emulsion formation is often absorption of water in the oil. Absorption

检查热风排出口是否带有溶剂。

9.9.3、 检查供应的冷却水温是否太高,需增加补充水量。

9.9.4、 尽量减少车间的跑、冒、滴、漏现象。

9.9.5、 操作的稳定性也将直接影响到溶剂消耗,因此应严格按照工
艺参数进行操作控制。

9.10、 液泛现象的原因与处理方法:粉末度大、含水大、直接汽大
、汽提塔碟盘倾斜油走短路、直接汽喷嘴出口散发帽倾斜等等
