- Work Order No. 24047469 dated 03.01.2014.

Time for completion of the work under the above Contract as specified by Progress Schedule
expires on 26.04.2014. The work, however, still remains incomplete.

This is to inform you that you are being permitted for the present to continue with the work for
its completion, without prejudice to the Corporation’s full rights and remedies under the Contract
arising out of the delayed completion, including its right of price discount, damages and/or
termination. This should not be construed, in any manner, as an extension of time for completion
under Clauses 4.3.5.0 or 4.3.6.0, but is merely an intimation of the Corporation’s willingness for
the present to accept the delayed completion, subject to its rights under the Contract.
