I would describe myself as well
organised and prepared. I think
being able to think on your feet in
a situation can be a major skill
required. Being prepared and
sensible will suit the role of a
Health and safety officer as it is
vital to think things through and
plan in advance in case of an
emergency. As a production
manager, a skill I have that suits
this role is being creative, being
able to plan the logistics and
technical element of the event,
being able to take change and be
a leader in the team to ensure
everything runs smoothly.
Management skills, self-
confidence, decisiveness, good
communicate skills and problem
solving are all skills I can provide
the team with.
I am able to hold authority and
leadership, being able to execute
a plan and resolve problems are
qualities I can provide to suite the
roles. Being organised and
decisive helps in the initial
preparation of the event as well
as on the day.
