Employment History
At Epsilon I balance a book of clients to help send emails to over 10 million customers daily. I track campaign
performance, develop post-campaign reports, and manage reengagement/ retention programs. Between
projects I’m analyzing existing processes to identify problem areas and increase efficiency.
One of my main responsibilities was to grow members through all possible touch points; email, app, website,
social media, and conference planning. I also managed other aspects of marketing for the company
including; app analytics, website redesign, app design, marketing materials, project proposals, and more. I
prepared a weekly, internal report displaying our KPI progress.
At Envoy I worked in a heavily social role. I managed all social media for the Loan Officers at our branch. I
also prepped marketing materials and monthly newsletters. A large part of my job was developing a
Microsoft Dynamics CRM for specific use for Loan Officers, with plans to role it out company wide.
Education History
Miami exposed me to all areas of business. I was able to try my hand at a bunch of different things and hone
in on my marketing skills.
Projects
We were runners up on a proposal for a $2 million/ year contract with a large travel partner.
Over the course of a few months my team and I conducted a breakfast bar study for Clif Bar® to identify a
gap in the bar market.
