Carrying Out
The New
Indonesia has been one of the
largest countries in the world
by population. With the
advancement of global
education, Indonesian
students are becoming more
aware of learning about
different knowledges more
than ever before and they are
taking a greater interest in
studying abroad. In order to
facilitate Indonesian students
in obtaining information
about world’s universities,
Koperasi Cempaka gladly
presents a grand
international education expo
called the Indonesia
Scholarship Festival (ISF).
Indonesia Scholarship
Festival (ISF) is intended to
facilitate encounters between
thousands of potential
students, scholarship
awardees, educational
institutions, and top global
universities. Koperasi
Cempaka itself has had good
experience in organizing
exhibitions since 2016, which
also succeeded in arranging
LPDP Edufair as one of the
leading international
scholarship and higher
education events in
Indonesia. From the data we
have collected, the number of
visitors and participants of
LPDP Edufair had continued
to increase year by year,
which indicated a great
enthusiasm for higher
education and also a
potential market for
exhibitors.
 4 Event Overview
Since 2017, there have been
many exhibitors and
students asking and waiting
for LPDP Edufair to be held
again in the following year.
ISF will be carried out to
become a bigger expo with a
wider scope than LPDP
Edufair and will be enlivened
by various domestic and
international scholarship
providers, global universities,
and education consultants.
ISF will also take place in
three major cities of
Indonesia and the visitors are
expected to come from those
who are eager to take master
and doctoral degrees.
 5 Event Overview

About Organizer
Koperasi Cempaka is a legal business
entity initiated by LPDP (Lembaga
Pengelola Dana Pendidikan / The
Indonesia Endowment Fund for
Education) under national constitution No.
17/ 2017, which regulates cooperatives.
Koperasi Cempaka was established in
2015 by functionaries of LPDP as a
manifestation of LPDP’s contribution to
community economic empowerment and
Indonesian human development. Koperasi
Cempaka runs several businesses and
social functions such as educational
consultation, training and education
center, travel agency, general trading,
event organizer, and financing which are
based on family principle and the social
welfare improvement.

To becoming a superior and highly
competitive international scholarship
and university exhibition in Indonesia.
6 Event Overview

Objectives
1. To be the largest exhibition or joint
promotion event that is mutually
beneficial through direct meeting
between Indonesian potential students
and providers of international
scholarships or top global universities.

2. To increase accessibility of information

about scholarships and higher
educations effectively by involving
various stakeholders from the Indonesian
government, international scholarships,
and the world's best universities as the
exhibitors.

3. To facilitate a gathering between

exhibitors to initiate cooperation or
collaboration with leading scholarship
institutions in Indonesia.

Exhibition
Indonesia Scholarship Festival is a higher education exhibition that will be
attended by hundred of exhibitors from the top of domestic and foreign
universities in the world, scholarship providers, language Institutions,
centres of culture and education from different embassies. This exhibition
will be opened and free for public.

This exhibition aims to connect directly between Indonesian prospective

students who are interested in pursuing their education to the higher level
and the universities or scholarship providers. This event is dedicated to
helping students discover wide range of educational opportunities available
around the world. Students will be able to meet the representatives from
universities, institutes, colleges, government agencies and many
international educational institutions.

Info Session
This program is offered for exhibitors
as a promotional activity through
class pre s en t a t i o n met ho d .
Approximately 25-30 minutes and a
room with total capacity of 60-80
seats will be given for all exhibitors.
The presentation rooms provided will
also be equipped with excellent
audio-visual equipment.
 13 Our Program

TOEFL, IELTS, & TOEIC Workshop

The test and English workshop program is an effort to provide a better
service for the visitors. This test and workshop program is specialized
only for TOEFL program, TOEIC program, and IELTS program. This
program is available for public and free of charge. Also, this program will
only be limited for 100-150 seats. To add, International Test Centre (ITC)
and IDP as co-owner IELTS will participate in conducting this
program.

Scholarship Seminar
The program will be specifically
offered for the scholarship
providers and embassy
representatives of culture and
education centre. Around 60 to
90 minutes will be allocated for
each session, and all sessions
will take place at the main stage.

It is expected that each of

scholarship providers can
explicate their respective
programs clearly through
seminar or interactive dialogue.
The embassy representatives
can also provide explanation
about the education system and
culture of their origin
countries, socio-cultural life, and
various facilities which can be
accessed by foreign students.

Studinesia Talkshow
It requires accurate information,
networking, and moral support
to inspire and to strengthen
student’s motivation to fight for
their dreams of studying abroad.
These can be obtained through
dialogue or sharing from the
people who have already been
successful and have
experiences in solving problems
during their study. Studinesia
Talkshow is a dialogue about
how to achieve higher education
in the world's best universities
and why the students have to
fight for it. This will be one of
effective ways to get direct tips
for students to boost chances of
accomplishing their study.

Coaching Clinic
This program is held to explain about whole preparations for studying
abroad, student life, and what to do after graduation. This program provides
short-training to ensure that prospective students and scholarship
candidates get sufficient informations to encounter either university
entrance selection or scholarship selection. Participants will be provided
with knowledge to be succesful in the upcoming careers as well.

• Information about entrance mechanism and guidance to make good and

proper applications.
• Tips and tricks encountering entrance test and scholarship interview.
• Difference between Master by Coursework and Master by Research.
• Guidance to make Research Design and Thesis Proposal
(Master and Doctoral).
• Post-university career opportunity, optimize university and scholarship
awardee’s network.
