Tell me about yourself.

Good Morning sir/mam.

Thank you, Great honour to introduce myself.

My name is Lakshmi Priya, I live in a city called Chennai, I am currently pursuing my BE IN

SATHYABAM UNIVERSITY Chennai, I completed my 10 class in Sri Chaithnya Chittoordist.

Coming to my family background we are four, me, my mom, my dad, and a younger sister.

My short-term goal is to get a platform where I can execute my thoughts I think TCS is a good
platform.

My long-term goal is to construct an orphanage and maintain it.

My hobbies are reading books, listening to music, playing tennis.

My strength is I can handle any hard situations in a smooth way.

Why should I hire you?

Sir, as a fresher, I have theoretical knowledge and in need of a platform where I can enhance my
knowledge and skills. If you give me an opportunity to work in your company then I will give my best.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

My strength is I'm hard working and punctual.

My weakness is I'm bit lazy about which I'm not interested.

Why do you want to work at our company?

Your company is best company in the market. So I want to learning new thing in your company
because this is the main reason so I want to work in your company.

What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

"I am right" shows your confidence.

"I am always right" shows your over confidence.

Confidence will give you courage and motivation to carry on with your work.

Over confidence will not let you work hard and will reduce your chances of getting success.

What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hard work means putting all your efforts, mainly physical efforts, to complete a work.

Smart Work means adding some mental efforts, which will reduce your physical efforts as well as the
time taken to complete the work. Smart work increases the efficiency, and reduces the resources
used for the completion of the work, thereby proving to be a double profit.

Only a hard-worker can be a smart worker

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

As I'm a fresher. Company's growth is obviously employees’ growth. Whenever company needs me, I
will be there either night shift or weekend

Can you work under pressure?

I don't know what pressure is, because I'm always to willing work. I just want to work. And I think
whenever you do any work with your interest and happiness, then I think that work will be more
easy and enjoyable for you.

Are you willing to relocate or travel?

Yes, sir, I have no problem about relocation if company offer it to me, relocation is the best time to
learn new people and their cultures.

What are your goals?

My short-term goal is to get a job in a reputed company like yours to enhance my skills and
knowledge and my long-term goals are to reach the highest executive in this organisation.

What motivates you to do good job?

The desire to increase my knowledge every day and to be a resourceful person in a short period of
time, motivates me to do good job.

What makes you angry?

Honestly, I don't like to let my emotion goes out. Which means I control my own emotions. For
example, whenever I am angry or sad I don't like people to found it out. It just feels weak. Because in
my opinion, the strong person doesn’t depend on their muscle. Instead, its how they control their
own anger. Which there is no one in the world can control it.

Give me an example of your creativity.

According to me, the creativity is not only making new things but also in the improvement of existing
things. Some people think that doing different things is creativity, But I don't think so. Creativity is
not only making different things just do things differently.

How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

Sir, I think your company will provide me with ample growth opportunities in future. So, as long as
the company is satisfied with my work. And as long as I am satisfied with my career growth. I would
continue working here.

Are not you overqualified for this position?

I am a fresher I have a theoretical knowledge, not a practical. I think Practical knowledge person
became overqualified.

Describe your ideal company, location and job.

Well, according to me, the ideal company is the company which provides a healthy and motivated
environment to their employees and give best opportunities to enhance their career. The ideal job is
the job where the employee gets more benefits and opportunities to prove themselves. So where
these conditions are present that is the best location for me.

What are your career options right now?

Sir, till now there is no any another career option in front of me except this field.

Explain how would be an asset to this organization?

if, I think honesty with work discipline and punctuality hard work are the best assets for a company
and I will never give you any chance of complaint.

What are your outside interests?

My outside interest is roaming with friends and doing some memorable things.

Would you lie for the company?

It depends on the condition if my lie is for the profit of the company then I will do it. But never for
self-benefits, because it gives me access to do it another time.

Who has inspired you in your life and why?

My brothers are the greatest inspiration in my life. They always supported me a lot. They always
encourage me to do what I like even my parents don't want me to so. And it is their support which
makes feel confident about everything. I feel so lucky to have them in my life. After parents, they are
the best gifts in my life.

What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?

Decisions are not tough until we don't have a clear idea about our options. I don't face such difficulty
because.

I am always working on my options to choose my best.

Have you considered starting your own business?

NO, I don't have plans to start my own business. I am more focus to build my career with your
company which I believe this company could give me a stable job and have fun while I am working.

How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?

According to me, "Success is nothing without Satisfaction". So if you are getting Satisfaction by doing
something than that can be a success for you.

If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?

Work gives me satisfaction I consider money as a reward or appreciation for my work. Though I get
10 million for free I would love to work to gain experience.
Tell me something about our company.

This is the company where professionals independently put their thoughts, ideas, knowledge to
creat some new products for consumers.

How much salary do you expect?

As a fresher I don't know about the salary.

As per company norms what you will give to fresher I will accept it.

Where do you see yourself five years from now?

After five years, I wish that I could see myself as a higher responsible position than ever before
through my Talent and Experience where I can build my career with your company.

On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer.

As I know that before judging anybody at any rank or any field. First, we need to expert or master in
that field. So, I don't know the quality of a good HR or parameter, on that basis I can rank you. After
that If you want my rank as my knowledge and experience, I will rank 8/10.
