BIDDING GUIDELINES:

1. Wear uniform and ID


2. Be at the venue exactly 9am
3. Prepare one sealed envelope containing the following:
a. Cover page stating the following
i. Name of company
ii. Names of the members of the group
b. Bill of Quantities (as the Bid form)
c. Bill of Materials
d. Detailed Estimates
e. Manpower Schedule
f. PERT/CPM
g. Floor Plan
4. Write the company name in the front of the envelop
5. We will open sealed bids at exactly 10am
6. All late bids will never be accepted
7. The lowest responsive bidder will win (as long as the number of men and the project duration
are realistic)
8. After the opening of bids, get all the documents and book-bind. To be submitted the following
Saturday, March 11, 2017.
9. Grading:
a. Lowest responsive Top 10 = 90
b. Lowest responsive Top 11-20 = 85
c. Beyond = 75
d. Incomplete and poorly prepared documents = 70
e. Absent during the bidding = 60

PROGRAM:

1. Place bids on the front table


2. Call to order
3. Opening of Bids (Oral introduction of each team and their bids)
4. Announcement of winner
5. Closing message
6. Photo session
7. Lunch
8. Last lecture
