Have you ever had that one movie you love and
can't stop watching? Movies were the idea of Thomas
Edison and Eadweard Muybridge. They were invented in
1888 and have advanced from black and white to now
having lots of colors.

Disney movies are some of the most popular movies in the world. A few
beloved Disney movies are: The Lion King, Frozen, The Little Mermaid, Bambi, and
Finding Nemo. There are more Disney live action movies coming out this year
like Aladdin, Dumbo, and The Lion King. Frozen 2, Descendants 3, and Toy Story 4
will also be released this year. What are you most looking forward to?

Most of these Disney movies have something in common: missing moms,

secret codes, names, and Easter eggs. Easter eggs are hidden references to
other movies or shows. Also, many of them influence each other. One Easter egg
you should look for is the code A113. It’s an Easter egg that’s used in many Disney
Pixar films.

Netflix original movies are also taking the world by storm. One of the most
popular is Bird Box. It’s based off a book written by Josh Malerman. The movie
came out on November 12, 2018 and has been getting more and more popular. It
was directed by Susanne Bier. Although a lot of people love it, it hasn’t been
getting the best ratings. Rotten Tomatoes gave it a rating of 62 percent. There
are also popular Netflix movies like To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before and Sierra
Burgess is a Loser.

There are a lot of movies that people at our school enjoy. One of them is
Guardians of the Galaxy. It’s one of the most popular Marvel movies. People love
the adorable character Groot and the funny comments made by Star Lord. Creed
II is another popular movie in our school. Trace Wertz said that his favorite
character was Adonis Creed. Everyone has a favorite part in movies and his is
when Creed beats Drago. There are also movies a lot of people at our school
haven’t heard of, like Howl’s Moving Castle and Napoleon Dynamite.

There are tons of movies that people love and tons that they don’t. People
have been watching movies for a long time and will keep watching them as
television technology improves. What's your favorite movie?
