IMPORTANT NOTICE
Hendrickson offers the option to relocate shock absorbers inboard on the HAS™ 40K and
46K suspensions. This option is ideal for those operators requiring greater rear suspension
clearance in applications such as dump trucks used in paving operations or other vocational
applications that may require a minimal amount of rear frame length or suspension overhang.

Four separate service
kits are available for HAS
40K • 46K capacity sus‑
pensions to be installed
only on the rear axle, see Figure 1. These service kits are not designed for the on‑highway
HAS 40LH suspension. Refer to Table 1 for service kit part numbers, contents and axle dowel
pin center dimensions.
