 Stable Design & Layout
At Champion Stable Systems our aim is to create a stable
product that is safe, secure and durable. The majority of our
work is designed and manufactured to your own specific needs
and wants, with the emphasis on creating a safe environment
for your horses and you.

We have a range of pre-existing design concepts and a large

portfolio of completed projects to help stimulate ideas and also
give you an early idea regarding potential costs, keeping any
surprises to an absolute minimum. Our team will work closely with
you to make sure that the stable fit-out suits your unique needs.

Ideally we begin with a sketch or floor plan of your existing

or new structure and then take the time to work with you
on adding stables, tack rooms, wash bays, day yard doors or
accessories. The team also understand the challenges of fitting
out older pre-existing structures, and if there is an installation
required we will meet you on site to walk through the property.

Site inspection
One part of the design process is a site inspection.
It’s our chance to go over your requirements,
double check measurements, begin site planning,
check on vehicle access and more importantly
meet you.

 Infill Options
We understand the need in the equine market to have a selection of quality infill material to suit
various applications and budgets. Over the years we have spent considerable time researching,
testing and procuring quality, durable material to suit various equine needs. There are two main
infill options that we offer, each of which are either sustainably sourced or of a recycled nature.

Equiboard® (HDPE)
Our premium infill option is high density polyethylene
(HDPE) sheet. Similar in appearance to form ply, however this
infill option is extremely durable, hard wearing and resistant
to bacteria, impact and chewing. Equiboard® is highly
recommended for equine surgeries, quarantine facilities,
isolation stalls and medium to high end stable facilities.

Equiboard® infill size: 12mm 2400mm x 1200mm

Hardwood
This is the perfect infill product for the client that wants a
traditional, aesthetically pleasing look. With a tongue and
groove finish, this product is excellent for wall lining and
external doors. This durable, safe product requires yearly
maintenance to keep it looking fresh such as the
application of natural linseed oil.

 Installation
Here at Champion Stables we offer a complete installation service for all of
your equine needs. Although you can purchase our products without installation
we highly recommend you use our experience and product knowledge to ensure
your product is installed safely and correctly.

Our projects and installations team will work with you to ensure timelines are
met and the appropriate safety precautions are followed on site. The installation
planning starts at the initial site inspection and further inspections are carried
out to ensure there are as minimal onsite surprises as possible.

We also carry out a post installation site inspection to ensure your stable
project has been installed to the highest possible standards.

Delivery
Depending on your location we can deliver as full size walls with the use
of a crane truck, or alternatively by splitting your stable walls into modular
panels and freighting them using a national courier.

 Getting A Quote
To provide you with an accurate quotation, ideally we would
work from a floor plan which can be as simple as a rough
hand drawn mud map through to a full architectural design.
However, we also understand sometimes it may be just an
estimate you require. In these cases we have a basic price
list for all our products and also pre-costed design layouts
to suit most standard requirements.
