Web Portal Developer

Anchor Computer Systems, a leading supplier of Loan Management solutions is

looking for a Wed Portal Developer to be part of our product development
function. Working at our Bangor head office you will join a friendly team where

The Role:
As a Web Portal Developer you will be responsible for delivering customer web
portals using our in house built portal framework. Working closely with our
Implementation Team you will develop and configure web sites & portals
ranging from consumer facing loan application/ESign portals to broker facing
dealer portals. Regular communication between yourself and a member of the
implementation team is required to deliver a high-quality product. You will also
be responsible for dealing with incidents that come through regarding existing
customer web portals. Career progression will be within the web development
team where support and training will be provided for you to progress and
become a full stack web developer.

The Responsibilities:
• Development and configuration of new and updates to existing Customer
Web Portals
• Third line technical support for live web portals
• Ensuring portal documentation is up to date
• Contribute to the web portal development roadmap

The Requirements:
• Experience of HTML & CSS & JavaScript
• Knowledge of Bootstrap & jQuery Frameworks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative nature with the ability to build relationship with the support and
implementation teams
• Attention to detail & thorough in approach
• Open-minded and ready to learn.

Desirable Skills/Knowledge:
• XML, HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• C# ASP.NET
• SQL Queries
• Financial background
• Agile/SCRUM
• Team Foundation Server
