Sir,

Sub:- Prayer for transfer to Kolkata-IVC Commissionerate in the ensuing AGT in the grade of superintendent- e of
Smt Arpita Barat , Superintendent , Bardhaman division- regarding

With due respect and humble submission I would jot down the following lines for favour of your kind perusal and
sympathetic consideration towards my transfer to Kolkata-IV commissionerate in the imminent Annual General
Transfer to Kol-IV Commissionerate in the grade of Superintendent on the following grounds.
2. That in terms of Establishment order No /2013 dated I was transferred to Bolpur Commissionerate
and subsequently posted to Bardhaman division and have been rendering service there since then.
3. That my present residence is situated at Bandel, Hooghly which is situated nearly forty to forty –five kilometer away
from Dalhousie area in Kolkata.
4.That my family consists of aged and ever ailing mother-in- law , my husband and my son who is studying in class
eight.
5. That according to the prevailing service condition, my husband remains out of residence quite more often than not.
6. That sir, it is worth mentioning that during the phase of fragile traits of advanced age and every spell of ailment ,my
mother in law needs immediate much needed and constant treatment and inherent care, an essential condition for
her recovery which entails my presence at home as much /long as possible to discharge my filial duties. Over and
above during the last quarter to make the matter worse the health condition of my mother in law has reached such an
alarming proportion which has compelled me to look after her every moment including necessary consultation with
the different expert medical practitioners.

7. That in case of long absence of me at home the all important educational grooming of my only son will also be
greatly hampered.

In the light of my above backdrop , I would fervently entreat before your generosity to kindly transfer me to KOl-IV
Commissionerate so as to enable me to enable me to discharge my official duty on one hand and simultaneously
family assignments on the other in a smooth and hastle free manner and for such act of kindness , I shall remain ever
grateful to you.

In an earlier representation submitted before you I have applied before you to consider my case to Kolkata-IV
commissionerate in the grade of Superintendent on the following grounds.

2. That I been transferred to Bolpur Commissionerate and subsequently posted to Bardhaman division in May 2013
and rendering service there since then.
3. That my present residence is situated at Bandel, Hooghly which is situated nearly forty to forty –five kilometer away
from Dalhousie area in Kolkata.
4.That my family consists of aged and ever ailing mother-in- law , my husband and my son who is studying in class
eight.
5. That according to the prevailing service condition, my husband remains out of residence quite more often than not.

But in terms of establishment order no 103/2014 dated 15.10.2014 where my name features against serial no 263 , I
have transferred from Bolpur Commissionerate to newly formed Audit II Commissionerate.

But Sir, It is worth mentioning that during last few days to make the matter worse the health condition of myself has
worsened in such a way that doctor has advised me to avoid strenuous straneous activities. At present my
haemoglobin percentage is ranging between 6.5 to 6.8 with some respiratory problems. In such a situation a posting
in Audit Commissionerate which involves field work will further worsen my health condition. My doctor even advised
me to initiate a process of transfusion.

In the light of my above backdrop, I would fervently entreat before your generosity to kindly transfer me to KOl-IV
Commissionerate so as to enable me to discharge my official duty on one hand without much stress and
simultaneously to avail of the benefit of necessary consultation with the different expert medical practitioner.

Bardhaman division- regarding

With due respect and humble submission I would like to jot down the following lines for favour of your kind perusal
and sympathetic consideration.

1. That I been transferred to Bolpur Commissionerate and subsequently posted to Bardhaman division in May
2013 and rendering service there since then.
2. That my present residence is situated at Bandel, Hooghly which is situated nearly forty to forty –five kilometer
away from Dalhousie area in Kolkata.
3. That my family consists of aged and ever ailing mother-in- law , my husband and my son who is studying in
class eight.

been transferred from Central Excise Commissionerate, Bolpur to Central Excise Commissionerate, Kolkata-IV.
