Permission Slips/ Forms Classroom Webpage One of the main menu options
will be called “Resources” and a
sub-menu will be called
“Permission Slips/Forms.” This
will open to a page with all
permission slips and forms that
will be printable.
Student Behavior Class Dojo One of the main menu options
will be called “Resources” and a
sub-menu will be called “Apps.”
This will open several links,
Class Dojo will be one of these
Links.
SEP Sign Ups Sign Up Genius One of the main menu options
will be called “Resources” and a
sub-menu will be called “SEP
sign-ups.” This is where you can
find The Sign Up Genius link.
SEP dates and times will be
included in our class calendar
along with an additional link to
The Sign Up Genius.
Expectations
 Parents will be
responsible for printing
out lost permission slips
or forms (I will provide
one copy per student)
and signing and
submitting them.
 Parents need to link
their account with their
child
 Parents will need to
check for updates (I will
update this daily) you
only have to check this
once per week.
 Parents will notified by
email when a sign up has
been created
 The email and class
calendar will have a link
that directs parents to
the sign up.
 Parents are required to
sign up for a time that
works best for their
schedule. If none of the
listed times work,
please contact the
teacher.
Calendar Google Calendar Google Calendar will send you
updates via email or cellular
notifications. In addition to the
email updates the calendar will
be posted on the class webpage
under the main menu option
“Resources” and the sub-menu
“Calendar”
Literacy Corner Padlet One of the main menu options
will be called “Resources” and a
sub-menu will be called
“Literacy Corner.” Here there
will be a link to our class Padlet
filled with different literature
read by the class, literacy
activities, and other tips to
encourage a literacy rich life.
 Parents will need to sign
up for a Gmail account.
 Accept the Google
Calendar invite that the
teacher sends.
 Allow for updates and
push notifications
 Check Calendar Weekly
 Check the Literacy
Corner Padlet for
updates on class books.
 Parents will need to
read to their child and
listen to them read.
 If needed follow up on
literacy activities and
resources to further
educate and assist in
home intervention.
