Hi Tahar,
The Kia Kaha has a bias angle on the module so the join doesn’t hit the belt scraper at the same me.
On belts with a 6mm top cover it will protrude 1.5mm but an 8mm or 10mm top cover will sit flush or just below
the belt surface.
The splice module has a leading edge to accommodate the scraper.
If you want to purchase a number of modules please send me your valued purchase order and I will send you an
invoice for payment , then we can ship the goods.

Now we offer the Rolls Royce of belt splicing a er 18 months of tes ng in over 200 applica ons with zero failures.
In Australia within weeks will be even one step further with a Kia Kaha made from High abrasion rubber adding
extra wear, longer life, a module which measures 600mm x 300mm and already has the bias angle of the splice
moulded into the module. There is no trimming the edge of the join with the belt requires, so there is no wastage.
Screws are Allen key driven for stronger locking and non stripping of the screw head making easy removal and
reusable. So we have a belt join complete and can be simply re used also.
For a 900mm wide belt you need 11/2 modules and for a 1200mm wide belt 2 modules.
The product also can be used on metal detectors as the inserts are of an -magne c stainless steel.
The product is so strong it suits all types of belts and for thicker belts like a PN1250/4ply or PN1400/4ply crows
foot weave simply turn the module around 90 degrees and you have a stronger join. The screw spacings have
been specifically designed for steel cords so that they don’t interfere with the steel cords.
