2. AIMS AND OBJECTIVE

Title of project is “YADAV NEWS PAPER AGENCY” This project is mainly

dealing with the manipulation of the employee and customer records of news
paper agency. This Project can manage all Customer & employee transaction of
any news Agency. Customer transaction like customers details, employee details,
billing details, news paper detail, expense details etc can effectively be perform
by this project.

3. EXISTING ANALYSIS
System Analysis

The main objective of this project is to provide all the information of

customer.

GROUP INFORMATION:
The project is designed in such a manner that it can manage various
group’s detail of the News Paper customer that is run by the News
Paper Agency.

CATEGORY INFORMATION:
This project is also managing details of categories of group, such as
different Customers and Employee etc.

NEWSPAPER TRANSACTION INFORMATION: N

There is only one type of transaction performing in the News Paper

that is customer and employee records that efficient manage by this
project. Because all the information is stored along with their
searching easy and efficient.
 REPORT GENRATION:
This project is designed to provide us various Summary and Inward
Sheet Report for Date wise transaction, Member wise transaction with
complete information of Customer detail.

4. LIMITATION OF EXISTING
Yadav News Paper Agency is developed keeping all the requirements of
organization in mind. At present it fulfils almost all the requirement. But as for
growing organization, it is difficult to exactly predict what they need in future,
so it cannot be predicted that this software will meet their requirement in future
also without any up gradation in our software.

to assist the college staff to deal with information of which student, facility
offered to student and other related information.

This project is a small module of large software, which is for the
