Payment For non credit account holders, we accept payment through all major credit/Debit cards, Chqs, Cash in person or TT. No transaction charges apply for cards payments.
Shipping And Handling Orders for next day deliveries can be taken till 6.00 pm.
Next day delivery to UK mainland is £9.99 regardless of weight. Timed deliveries before 9.00 am, 10.30 am and before noon are also available subject to extra charge.
Guarantee All of our cameras and some DVRS are covered with a minimum of 2 years warranty. Warranties exclude Video Heads, Monitor Tubes & CCD sensors damaged by normal wear &
tear and mishandling or any damage.
All cameras once proven to be faulty by contacting the technical team will be replaced in advance. An invoice will be issued against them but will be fully credited once the faulty goods are
received. In the case of no fault found, the goods will be returned back to the customer. Please obtain an RMA number before sending the faulty cameras back.
Digital recorders will be repaired and sent back in the same day or maximum of 3 days from the day we receive the unit. DVRS brought in person might be repaired while customer is waiting.
If you believe an item is faulty and before returning the product, please call our Technical phone line on 0208 8989500 as we might be able to solve the problem over the phone.
Returns Policy All purchases can be returned for a full refund within 30 days if installer no longer needs them providing products are in their original condition, unused and in their original
packaging. If you return the goods as detailed we will issue a full refund for the goods, excluding delivery charges.
If you would like to make a return for unused goods or for repair, please fax our RMA sheet, which you can download from our website or can be faxed to you on request. Please state the
goods you are sending back and the reason or in the case of repair the fault in the product with the invoice number. We will then fax you back the RMA sheet with your RMA number which
has to be clearly marked on your returned goods. Any goods returned without an RMA number will result in delay in repairing the fault or in issuing a credit note.
The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns are delivered to G-TEC at 648 Hanworth Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW4 5NP and for providing proof of delivery of any such return,
the cost of such returns is not covered by the Product warranty. We will cover the charges of returning the repaired or replacement product to the customer
