1 - Racing Car
Step 1 - Logic - Build a racing car by connecting the power and motor modules
Motor Motor
Power
Driver Driver
Step 2 - Connections - The connections are very simple. Just connect the Power and two motor driver
modules from left to right
Step 3 - Working - Just put the power button on to see your robot moving. Try to balance the centre of
weight and move it in different terrains
AWESOME ROBOTS
Step 2 - Connections - For our application of “Magicians Robot”, we are using Power block, Light/
Dark sensor as Input and Driver with Motors as output.
Step 3 - Working - Light/Dark sensor has a L.D.R sensor which senses the light / dark condition for
starting and stopping of the motor. You can switch it to either Light or Dark sense as per your needs.
AWESOME ROBOTS
Step 2 - Connections - Now place all these modules in the order as shown. We are using Power block, IR
Sensor block as Input and Driver with Motors as output.
Step 3 - Working - After you need to arrange all these blocks on your model, be careful while placing
the IR sensors at the front as they need to be at an optimum distance from the ground and not touching
it. Time to get your robot moving on the ground. You can use normal black insulation tape as the line
for your line follower.
AWESOME ROBOTS
Step 2 - Connections - For our application of “Obstacle Robot”, we are using Power block, IR
Sensor block as Input, Invert Block as control and Driver with Motors as output.
Step 3 - Working - Whenever the IR Sensor senses an obstacle, Motor 2 is switched off or else Motor
2 is always on. Thus when there is no obstacle, both the motor is on and the Robot moves forward.
When the Robot encounters an Obstacle, Motor 2 stops while Motor 1 is still on. Therefore, the robot
always turns in onedirection whenever it encounters an obstacle. You have now built a robot that can
automatically sense objects around itself.
AWESOME ROBOTS
Step 2 - Connections - Here we use power block as the source of energy along with battery, IR sensor
as Input and Driver with Motors as output.
Step 3 - Working - We have used two range sensors to identify the moving direction of object. There
can be more too. By sensing the object , the robot will activate the two motors and start following it.
