SYNOPSIS
Provide support to remote sites via remote control tools as well as provide in home support when requested.
Acts as the technical lead for the team in resolving issues.
Provide back up support for the team when required.
Design, build or operate equipment configurations prototypes including network hardware, software, servers or server operating
systems.
Proficient in handling escalated calls and providing 1st, 2nd & 3rd Level Technical Support to end-users.
Follow up with OEM for any hardware changes in Laptop/Desktop/Printers.
Provided the Remote support using Any Desk, Remote Desktop, and Team Viewer.
Microsoft Outlook configuration, backup, troubleshooting.
Handling the Issues related to Network connectivity LAN and Wi-Fi on Laptop / Desktop / Printer level problems.
Self-confidence and interpersonal skills.
