When it comes to my personal history let me tell about my family. My mother is a teacher and my
father is a business man and I have a sister she is in grade 10. I love to eat a lot I love to taste different
kinds of foods. I love to read many books especially novels and essays. And I love to take care about
myself I mean my health etc…

PAST PSYCHIATRIC AND MEDICAL HISTORY: -

1. Tell me about your Special talents?


When I was small I used to sing a lot and in used to dance too and I had a interest in
drawing and paintings. I participated in many drawing competition and painting
competition conducted in schools. And I even went for singing audition till round 3 after
that I came out.
2. Your interests?
I love to dance a lot. I learn Bharathanatiyam which is our traditional dance. I even got
many prices for dancing. As I said I have more interest in reading books especially essays
and novels and I love to sing and I love to hear songs I love to draw and paint sometimes
I have a interest in dancing but not now.
3. Your unforgettable moments in your life?
Unforgettable moments in my life is a moment I can here leaving my parents, sisters and
families the days in schools was also my unforgettable days in my life until now.
4. Saddest thing that happened in your life?
The saddest moment in my life is when I was studying grade 10 my father got accident
and he was bed ridden for more than 2 years he got a severe bone fracture and bone
deformation in his leg it took more than 2 years to for him to walk. So it was one of the
saddest moment saddest part of my life our family’s only hope was my mother she was
the only one who did everything for us including our education and home expenses until
now this was the saddest part of life.
5. Is this saddest thing changes your behavior?
Yeah of course it change my behavior a little I guess. It made me more responsible than
before.
6. Whom do you think is your inspiration?
Many peoples in my life and many personalities inspired me a lot my first and foremost
inspiration and role model to my life are my parents.
7. What do you think about your personalities?
When it comes to my personality I’m very ambitious I can fit into any situations. I mean I
can adjust to any situation but not every situations. And I’m somewhat emotional and
sensitive sometimes. And I show sympathy to poor people and I love to help people who
are needed and that’s all.
8. Here after do you want to change any of your behavior?
Yes., but she don’t want to share those behaviors.
