Trio Stall Enterprise was established on June 2017 and was registered under the
Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). The company Trio Stall Enterprise is a
partnership business that selling food and has a business premises at 2-G-26D address,
Wisma Rampai, Jalan 34/26, Taman Sri Rampai, 53300 Kuala Lumpur. This business is set
up to meet the requirement and take advantage of the community Malaysia. So far, the
services food sales is offered to all walks of life, regardless of age. The main target of this
product's customers is to give a snack food product different from the existing in Malaysia by
combining spring rolls popia and chocolate be a sense of new ones. We also provide a service
reservation for those who want to feel this product and not opportunity to come to our store.
In the first year of the establishment, we expect a profit of RM 150 000.00 per annum and we
also expect the growth rate of our company by 20% per quarter. Our company believes that
products that our company made and service offered by company is able to increase the
company's profitability, ensure return on capital and generate income to company owners and
partners. However, it has become a custom in the business world, surely a product has a
competition. Our company has to compete with the same companies to provide this kind of
service that is more and more intense in this field and not least. Accordingly, our company,
Trio Stall Enterprise, looking at this from a positive point of view, assuming that competition
is a form of barrier that can give us the spirit of competitiveness, and enhances the service.
To that end, the Trio Stall Enterprise able to compete with other companies and has always
been a customer choice,
We have taken various steps to realize that goal. Our company has taken several
strategies such as marketing strategies, promotions, attractive packages, pricing and
marketing strategies. With the advantages of our products, the Trio Stall Enterprise confident
of mastering the market snacks in Malaysia besides being able to satisfy our customers with
the quality of our services can further transform our company into another giant company.
INTRODUCTION
Trio stall was established by three partners comprising malay. These three partners are
found in a special entrepreneurial role. Because at the time they still not got the idea of the
product market they want to venture into, so they are paying attention to the needs and
demands of consumers. They are focusing on what people want to eat today and trying to
produce a product that people want.
Through the creation of the company, their idea was to produce “Chocolate Popia” as
the first product of the business. Then, in July 2017 established Trio Stall. Trio Stall choose
to products snack are able to meet the requirement of the public. This is consistent with the
requirements of people who wanted food products that can meet them to taste. The mission is
intended to meet the requirements of people who wanted a new product and so deliciousness.
PURPOSE OF A BUSINESS PLAN.
