MESSAGE TOPIC: SECRETS OF DIVINE HEALTH (1)

SERVICE OBJECTIVE: Understanding what it takes to live in Divine Health
Divine health is a scriptural provision for God’s people. It is accessible by practical conditions
God is a God of principles and His principles are connected to His provisions
It is not possible to get what He has without doing what He says to do
PRINCIPLES OF DIVINE HEALTH:
1. Live right (Ps. 103:1-3, 107:17, 119:67; Prov. 3:7-8)
There is a connection between righteous living and healthy living,
2. Eat Word (Ps. 107:20; Prov. 4:20-22; Matt. 4:4; 1John 2:14; John 6:63; Ezek. 2:2)
The Word of God is both prophylactic and therapeutic of affliction
The Word of God is a transmitter of strength and health to the physical body
People in touch with health are people in touch with the WORD
3. Speak right (Prov. 18:21, 12:18, 16:24; Joel 3:10)
There is a connection between the words of the mouth and the health of the body
To speak right is to live well and long
There is a connection between what you say and how long you last
There is a connection between what you say and how long you last
Don’t use your mouth to play with your life; even if you are threatened, don’t repeat it
Your tongue was designed to express your expectations not your situation
4. Be joyful (Prov. 17:22, 15:13)
You cannot be down emotionally and be up physically
Prolonged unhappiness must lead to ill-health
Life is worth living; make up your mind that you have just one life to live and you won’t ruin it with
depression
5. Avoid bitterness (Heb. 12:15; Matt. 18:34-35; Mark 11:25-26)
The root of bitterness in the mind will always translate to the fruit of sickness in the body
There is a root of torment around the life of the one who cannot forgive
Until you have forgiven, you have not been forgiven and until you have been forgiven, you cannot
be healed
Anytime the devil sends people to annoy you, he has sent them to complicate your life, don’t
allow it
CONCLUSION:
1. The principles of God must be fully followed for the provisions of God to be fully possessed
2. The Grace of God helps us to do what we are unable to do in our strength (Tit. 2:11-12)
PRAYERS
Father, I receive the grace to avoid bitterness as a lifestyle. Help me Lord to release all offenders
and to live free of bitterness and offence. I receive that Grace Lord in Jesus’ Name
Father, I reject depression, every root of depression, I reject now. I shall be excited and joyful for
the maintenance of my health. I receive the grace for joy Lord in Jesus’ Name
Father, I receive the grace to speak right, the grace to speak correctly. I receive it NOW in Jesus’
Name
Father, the discipline to eat the Word, the discipline of study and faithfulness to the Word of God,
I receive it now in Jesus’ Name
Father, the discipline to live right, Lord I receive the grace to live upright and say no to sin. I
receive that grace Lord in Jesus’ Name
COMMUNION FOCUS :
Life from heaven is released by this communion. Every spirit of affliction is uprooted and grace to
live right be communicated via this communion. Receive the grace to be committed doggedly to
the Word, grace to live and talk right in the face of every confrontation. Every spirit of depression
dies. The grace to release offenders and forgive those who offend you is released via this
communion
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
- Tonight is a night of Divine visitation, a night of clarity of direction, revelation and insight
- Something you are trusting God to direct you on is coming
- There is an opening, the door the enemy closed has just been opened; the door of the womb,
the door of career and marriage just opened, somebody’s visa just got released!
- You shall experience a dimension of God that people will say only God could have done this.
Get ready for a night of encounter tonight.
- Get ready for the wiping out of the reproaches around your life
- A litigation, a court case just ended now
