STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE
CORRECTIVE ACTION / PREVENTIVE ACTION SYSTEM

1. PROCEDURE

 When the observations / Customer feedback is received regarding the

procedures maintained by IMT or the processes managed by IMT,

Observation request is generated by Administration Department.

 This Observation is recorded as per the defined template and forwarded

for review of senior management.

 Same time, acknowledgement send to Customer for raising their concern

and feedback will be provided in due course.

 Once the Observation is received to Senior Management, it is reviewed

by the Board of Directors and discussed during the Monthly Board

Meeting.

 All the actions to prevent the future cause of the problems are

listed down and reviewed by the management.

 All the corrective actions required to improve the processes /

procedures are listed down and reviewed by the management.

 A consolidated report is prepared for team performance improvement

and customer satisfaction enhancement.

 Report is shared with the team members and explained to improve the

efficiency of the processes and raise the standards.

 Feedback/Follow-up is communicated with the customer and his concerns

are addressed in professional manner.
