My name is Miguel Rodriguez,and I’m a senior at SHS and i'm interested in becoming an
astronomer.I saw an internship opening and i thought it could be a good opportunity.I would be
most qualified and driven high school for the high school summer internship position.I found out
about this position through friends and recent studies of science.

As an eager student and current student.I have supervised the studies of astronomers,
formatted page layouts for the Swainsboro School paper while managing AP Art, Intro to
Graphic Design,and Computer Applications coursework with a 4.0 GPA.. To further assure you
of my qualifications,I have included 3 accomplishments from my resume.
*Attended and took beta convention activities
*Competed in wrestling tournaments

I admire the acceptance of and willingness to promote avant-garde artists and their diverse
styles in their major ad campaigns. This has inspired me to pursue astronomy and continue my
