ABOUT US

EduNation is an initiative of Splensol Solutions and Search Manager who jointly have more than 15
years of experience in the recruitment industry. Our focus is to provide a solution offering a cheaper,
faster and efficient methodology that a company can use for hiring management graduates. We aim
at increasing the employment prospects for final year MBA students from different category
management colleges across India. EduNation’s Campus event provides a platform for all the
management colleges to facilitate their placement activity.
It is also an association that works with students at management institutes to build their
employability by enhancing their interaction & engagement with industry. This is done by using
multiple tools such as structured interactions, live projects, skill trainings, mentoring and placement
support services.

Program Details
“EduNation Campus – I”: Recently, we organized our first weeklong placement event which made a very humble beginning in North
India. This would not have been possible without the efforts of our dedicated team, valued clients like you and committed students.
Our first event was a great success - as we at EduNation believe in high aspiration values, sharp focus, strategic planning, team
effort and hard work. The weeklong event organized in January, 2010, targeted at the placements of management students of batch
2008-2010.

Objective of the event

Create a platform for our prestigious clients to hire pre screened & suitable final year MBA students from multiple management
colleges at a single location. The companies that participated in our event are: companies in the fortune 500 list, reputed Indian
business houses, local firms with operations within a particular region of India, as well as the fast growing young companies.

As our objective of bringing in value add to the

corporate, EduNation screening parameters have been
very stringent and based on the expectation of the
companies.
With this exercise we were able to showcase screened
and best talent from across 20 colleges from different
region so that the companies can choose out of the best.

Out of total 1400 students we screened 348 students

which were found suitable based on the company’s
expectation and fitment.
