SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, MANUEL DENNIS CARLOS, ANGELITA CARLOS and RENATO CARLOS, all
of legal age, Filipino citizens, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby
name, constitute and appoint ATTY. PEARLITO CAMPANILLA, ATTY. PERICLEO L. SOLIS
JR. and/or any of the partners of the CAMPANILLA & PARTNERS LAW OFFICE, to be our
true and lawful attorneys-in-fact, for us and in our names, places and stead, to do the following
responsibilities, to wit:

To represent us in criminal case no. 120388 entitled “People of

Philippines vs. JULIUS CEAZAR PASCUA” for damage to property with multiple
physical injuries now pending before Branch 68 of the Metropolitan Trial Court
of Pasig City, with full powers to enter into arbitration, mediation and
compromise with regard to any aspect of the case; to make, sign, execute any
affidavit, desistance, quitclaim and release; and to make, accept, sign and deliver
documents, agreements and other writings of whatever nature or kind upon the
terms and conditions acceptable to our attorneys-in-fact in order to carry out the
foregoing authorities.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorneys-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing, as fully to all intents and purposes as WE might or could have lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorneys or their substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
