 Seeking to be a Head Coach/Assistant Coach for a college soccer program

COACHING BELIEFS/PHILOSOPHY
 I aim to provide each athlete with the necessary support and instruction regarding
the technical, tactical, social, and physical aspects of the game in order for each
individual player to maximize their athletic potential. I aim to create a family
within my team and prepare my athletes for competition as well as life through
my coaching. I want to encourage hard work and effort over talent to ensure my
players are getting the most out of their sport.
