1) The scope of work for the highlighted manhole (TCS/TCSS) outside of the toll plaza is fully
captured at TCS/TCSS package and will be furnish by the TCS/TCSS contractor.

2) Service pits, access opening and manholes for TCS/TCSS inside the building shall be based on
the latest architect drawing for construction – Toll Plaza 2 (Bukit Teratai) and TCS/TCSS
service layouts through coordinations acted by Toll Plaza (2) building contractor.

Refer TCS/TCSS dwg no: T/SUKE/9455/TP2/TCS/1.2 attached.

Cloud 1 : Electrical pit 1200mm(L) x 1200mm(W) x 1200mm(H)

Cloud 2 : Fiber pit 760mm(L) x 760mm(W) x 760mm(H)

If the above is not captured in the Toll Plaza (2) Building Works, adequate measures of
changes shall need to be address on TCS/TCSS work package to allow use the provision of
“running at high level” at TCS/TCSS work package.

3) The main contractor for building works of Toll Plaza 2 – Bukit Teratai at first due diligence
shall ensure the requirements for TCS/TCSS are captured inside the building of Toll Plaza 2
(Bukit Teratai)
