Sehubungan dengan kelanjutan Program Fellowship Dokter Spesilias Radiologi Konsultan
Muskuloskeletal dan akan diselenggarakannya Program Ilmiah Tahunan Perkumpulan Dokter
Radiologi Muskuloskeletal Indonesia dengan tema “MSK Imaging : From Basic to Advanced”,
yang akan dilaksanakan pada :

Hari/Tanggal : Jum’at-Minggu/15-17 September 2017

Tempat : Yogyakarta

Diwajibkan setiap Fellow untuk dapat mengikuti acara ilmiah tersebut dan berpartisipasi dalam
acara free paper presentation. Setiap Fellow diharapkan untuk mengirimkan abstrak dan fulltext,
(panduan penulisan terlampir) dimana 5 (lima) free paper terpilih akan dipresentasikan dalam
scientific session PIT PERAMI VI.

CALL FOR FREE PAPER FOR INDONESIAN MUSCULOSKELETAL RADIOLOGY

FELLOWS

The committee welcomes the abstract of free paper presentation from Indonesian Musculoskeletal
Radiology Fellows. The five best paper will be honoured to present in the lecture. Abstracts submitted
through the online system. We are looking forward to your abstract submission.

Preparing your free paper abstract

- Abstract for free paper presentation can be written as case reports or research reports.
- Abstract must be original and must not be or have been published at any other meeting prior to this
meeting
- Abstract is written in English
- Please write the abstract in MS-Word format. We accept MS-Word 2003, 2007, and 2010 format
- The abstract must have following section:
1. Title: Please use brief title that describes your study. The complete title should be capitalized
with maximum 30 words. Please do not use abbreviation in the title
2. Authors: Please write the name and surname of each author. The presenting author’s name
should be underlined.

3. Affiliation: Please list each authors department, institution, and country

4. Keywords: A minimum of 3 keywords must be provided.

5. Text: Abstract should not exceed 300 words (not include the title, authors, affiliations,

and keywords).

6. Abstract text section :

For case reports should be divided into : Background/ Introduction, Case Reports, Discussion,
and Conclusion

For researchs should be divided into : Background / Introduction, Methods, Result and

Conclusion.

7. Submitting Abstract :

Please send the abstract file through attachment via email to pitperami@gmail.com or
secretary.pit@perami.org not later than 15 June 2017.
The file name should be: First author_ Free Paper Abstract

Preparing your free paper fulltext submission

1. Free paper participants should submit a complete case report / research article in order to
be published in the proceeding book, please send its original article before 3 July 2017 to the
commitee via email pitperami@gmail.com or secretary.pit@perami.org
2. Article is written in Bahasa, no more than 10 pages. It must be type in Microsoft Word, A4
paper size, using Times New Roman size 12, double space, justified.
3. The file name should be: First author_ Free Paper Fulltext
(Example : Salamah T_Free Paper Fulltext)
4. We accept MS-Word 2003, 2007, and 2010 format.
5. Selected 5 (five) free paper will be presented in the scientific program during the Indonesian
Socienty of Musculoskeletal Radiology meeting. The evaluation of the free paper is based on
the full text submitted to the committee. The committee will contact the author of the
selected free paper by email.

Below is the requirements for presenting free paper presentation:

1. Duration of each presentation is 10 minutes including question and answer.

2. The power point presentation must be written in English
3. All of participants should prepare the power point presentation. All of the free paper power
point presentation will be uploaded to the website of PERAMI.
4. First page of the power point slide should be containing title of the study, authors and
affiliations and reachable email contact .
5. A case report free paper presentation should consist of: background/ introduction, case
reports, discussion, conclusion and references, written in english.
6. A research free paper presentation should consist of: background/ introduction, objective,
method, result, conclusion and references, written in english.
7. The topic may be presented through text, supplemented by charts, descriptive material,
graphs, pictures, etc.
8. The presentation must contain a header with the case report / research title, author names
and their affiliations.
9. Displays should not show images or markings that could identify the patient
10. Please also bring the soft copy of your power point presentations during seminars.
