Email 4: To Miles Students Asking for Projects and introducing to Campus Recruiter

CareerGraph is an initiative by Miles Education to bridge the gap between the

academia and the industry by integrating “experience” with “learning” and enabling
students to be future ready. The exciting new platform will help reduce time spent on
hiring and vetting talent @ zero cost!

At CareerGraph, we approach corporates and ask them about a problem statement

(structured as a project) for which they can crowdsource solutions from students who
are still in college (or which can be used to upskill the college kids). E.g., Digital
marketing, Market research, building an app, etc. Besides, this would help corporates
do brand building at academic institutions and have a ready pool of college folks whom
they may hire as interns or even full time.

We also then approach academic institutions and encourage their students to take up
these projects (often, project work is part of university curriculum as a subject, but on
top of that, we intend to integrate project-based learning into every subject/course being
taught - let’s say, a course called Digital Technologies in B.E. can have a project
attached, Marketing Management in BBA/MBA can have a project, even a subject like
Environmental Studies can have a project attached). These projects would be
completed on the platform and sent directly to the college faculty who is supervising.
Project work and the platform is also free for students and colleges. Objective is to
make learning more impactful and experience-based.
