Why I want to attend at Cathedral

I would like to attend at Cathedral 7-12 high school because they provide support

through college and this will help me be successful in life. I love smaller schools like Cathedral

because it’s easier to focus and have a more engaged environment. Another reason why I like

smaller schools is because you can get to know everybody better. Lastly, I would like to apply to

Cathedral because provides languages classes. This is important to me because I would like to

speak French and Dutch. Learning more languages gives me a bigger chance to be a doctor,

speaking other languages and having to travel to different places.

In Cathedral I will receive help to be prepared for college. Attending Cathedral will be a

huge impact for me because the way the administrators and the staff there commit me to help

me through my years staying there. Starting when I’m a junior they will help me prepare for

college. Through the support in high school it will make me successful through my college and

getting to be a doctor carrier. Through all the hard work of the teachers preparing me for college

and when I first get there. It will be a huge success, when they help me through my way

graduating from Cathedral.

Cathedral would provide me with a better environment. Being at Cathedral would see a

huge impact for me because it would be a better environment for me. I say this because I would

get to know everybody better including the teachers there, the staff and my classmates. Getting

to know everybody makes me, feel comfortable around everyone and safe. Feeling safe and

comfortable would help me because you can focus more and get more of my work done,
including staying on track and not getting off track. In addition, being there would be easier to

focus because there is fewer students in each class. Having a small class is easy not to get off

track on your class work and homework.

Lastly, in Cathedral they provide a different languages class. The language I want to

focus on is French and Dutch because I feel like both of the languages are unique languages to

learn. Learning new languages will help me in applying to jobs in the future. For me, wanting to

be a doctor it will be useful to know multiple languages because it will be a better chance of me

being a doctor. Apart from that, since I speak Spanish and English and it will be a opportunity

for me to learn another language.

Attending Cathedral, will have a huge impact on me because it will be a different

experiences and environment. Attending Cathedral, having a better environment will help me

have more opportunities to have more support and prepare for college. Lastly, having a

languages class, which will help me successfully get my doctors degree.
