(b) “Grants for Central Plan Schemes - Crop
Husbandry - Seeds - Krishonnati Yojna -
Central Sector” - excess of `1921.45 lakhs
(against the sanctioned provision of `2000.00
lakhs) was due to receipt of more proposals
from the State Governments.
(III) Under one head excess of `51.44 lakhs
occurred constituting 26 percent of the sanctioned
provision.
3. In the capital section of the grant, the overall
savings (`1457.88 lakhs) exceeded the supplementary
grants of `276.00 lakhs obtained in July, 2015 and
December, 2015 and constituted 31 percent of the
total sanctioned provision.

saving of `607.00 lakhs (against the sanctioned
provision of `1860.00 lakhs) was due to non
finalization of proposals and non-materialisation of
purchase of load car.
4. The above savings were partly (`79.01 lakhs)
utilised for augmenting the provision by re-
appropriation as already reported to Parliament while
obtaining supplementary grant of `175.00 lakhs under
Major Head “4401” - “Horticulture and Vegetable
Crops - Krishonnati Yojna - Central Sector”. Actual
excess, however, was `78.91 lakhs.
