1) Backup the NodeB Configuration xml file from M2000 using Backup management.
2) Import the CFGBCP of the RNC and the NodeB Configuration file into CME.
3) Right Click the NodeB and Choose Device Panel and delete the WMPT board in Slot
7.
4) Add UMPT board in Slot 7 and Choose the Ethernet Port Properties carefully like
“Port Speed = 100M”, “MTU = 1500 byte”, “Duplex = Full Duplex” , “ARP Proxy =
Enable” settings.
5) Export the NodeB Configuration file from CME and then download the new
configuration file to the newly added UMPT board on site.
Note : No need to delete the IP Transport Configuration like SCTP link, IPPATH, OMCH,
VLAN, NBAP and IPRT Configuration in order to delete the WMPT board.
2. Turn off your BBU power, take out WMPT, insert UMPT
3. Power on BBU again, wait approximately 10 minutes until all your boards are ready
to recommissioning
4. Set your IP laptop in same segment with default IP of UMPT; example: 192.168.0.47
5. Make sure your FTP Server program has been enable (started)
