Assignment Title: Q1 Mid-Unit: Social Issue

Student Writing Goal: My writing goal is to score a grade that’ll maintain me at an over-all grade range of 80%-90%.
My main focus this semester is to get a’s and b’s and I will achieve it.

2) Complete this reflection sheet.

What was the purpose of this writing assignment?

The purpose of this writing assignment was to inform the reader about the social issue about the police
brutality social issue, during my writing I talk about why police brutality is not an acceptable problem and
how it should be fixed immediately, I also talk about how people find police brutality okay and their side on
it. The paper also gives solution ideas on how to fix the problem if police brutality.

How did you perform in relation to the expectations of the writing rubric?
When you’re following the rubric it gives you an idea of what you need to be ding or where you’re supposed
to be standing so I believe it helps a lot when improving your writing. I want to obtain at least 4/5 on my
rubric and lead of what the rubric is asking me so writing the essay can be easier for me.

What aspect of this piece did you do well? (give example/quotes to support claims)
I was good at writing my personal information without making mistakes, also writing my goals and
experiences is something I can do well-in.

Why have you/haven’t you chosen to revise this writing assignment?

I have revised my assignments but I know I can revised it over to make it flow even better. Also everyone
needs a second opinion so their paper can sound better and that’s what I slacked on when revising my paper.

What will you do better in your next writing assignment, and how will I do it?
In my next writing assignment I will include more detailing that justifies my claims, justifying your claims
bring extra points since it shows you know what you’re talking about.
To what degree of success did you achieve your previously stated goal(s)?
Achieving my goals was stressfull for me because I wasn’t sure how good I wanted the results to be. I
I’ve achieve the goal of getting job, I’m currently still employee and I believe is because I was well-taught on
building a good resume.
