Willingness to accept role as a health care provider


Kemi has been willing to do what is needed to have a good learning experience and seems to enjoy
working with my athletes and coaches.

Utilization of evidence-based medicine techniques in patient care


Kemi always uses accepted EBM techniques and parameters that we discuss.

Strengths of the athletic training student


Kemi is a good role model for my athletes and (my girls especially) my athletes generally look to her as
a leader in the ATF. She asks good questions and often asks for help in techniques she is not confident
with. She does not get rattled with stress.

Areas for the athletic training student to improve


Kemi's ankle taping has improved over the semester, but she should continue to work on it.

Additional comments
Kemi has been a great student this semester. I know she will become a leader in her working
environment as she carries an air of confidence and leadership with her always.

Do you feel students under your supervision engage in a sufficient number of real-time clinical
evaluations? Why or Why Not?
Yes, my student generally get a first look at evals in the ATF, middle school and junior varsity events or any
time an athlete isn't needed in a time sensitive manner.
