Service of Spinner Aeris 286 SPORT.

In few steps we will describe how to make

service operation of Spinner Aeris 286
Sport.

ATENTION!

While disassembling the fork wipe carefully all taken out parts. Please use soft rag for that. You may
use also extraction benzin.

Press the air valve to release air from left

stanchion. After that unscrew (turn
counterclockwise) platform of dumper for
half turn (use 24mm wrench)

Tool for unscrewing the dumper.

 Dumper regulation with air valve - look from the
top.

Put the tool at the platform. Check if the knob of the tool
fit dumper's regulator.

Unscrew the platform counterclockwise, turning the knob

in oposite direction as well (clockwise).

Left turn has to be equal with right turns.

After unscrewing.
Take out dumper
regulator carefully.

By using 6mm hex hey (turning counterclockwise)

unscrew the bolt placed at the bottom of right
lower. After that take out slowly the upper part of
the fork from the lowers.
 Take out the rod. There is MCU put on that.

By using flat tool (it may be even hex 4mm key) unscrew
dumper - turn counterclockwise.

 Assemble dumper and the rod from right
stanchion and put upper part of the from
in the lowers.

Fix the fork. Fix the bolt holding the stanchions in the lowers. First block the rod by using long 6mm
hex key, then fix the bolt from the bottom part of the lowers. Otherwise while fixing the bolt rod will
be turning and safety assembling will not be possible to make.

Pour the oil. We suggest to use 10W clasified oil.

After that assemble dumper regulator in the oposite

way to disassembling.
Use special tool to set right capacity of air chamber.
Set right preasure for your weight.
Table is placed at the right leg.

Remember to not use the fork with

the preasure lower than 50 psi.
Pumping the fork with higher preasure
than 100psi will cause permanent
damage.
