Scope of Work Excavation, Pillar Installation and Brick Work

The critical tasks obtained from CTI is subjected to Task Hazard Analysis using following methodology

 Critical tasks were broken down in basic steps.


 Analysis of each step for the Hazards, persons at risk and potential harm/damage.
 Existing controls and safe procedures listed down.
 Rating for Severity and Likelihood as per following table allotted.

perimeter and/or use fall protection.
15. Make sure all openings are properly
covered and barricaded.
16. Must wear a Personal Fall Arrest System
(PFAS) if working within 6 feet.
17. Make sure that only trained workers are
climbing walls or columns. Make sure
that vertical and horizontal bars tied as
require, and hook/tie-off to the back
bars.
18. Guard all protruding rebar, onto which a
worker could fall, to eliminate the hazard
of impalement.
19. Deploy dedicated supervisor at the
excavation area.

This Risk Assessment takes into account only those potential hazards that exist at the time it conducted. A revised Risk Assessment will be required if there is a
significant change in working conditions, at critical stages during construction, or when High Risk Construction Work performed.
