Objective/Agenda:

a. Repairing of the broken or damaged pipes

Highlight of the Activity

 The Pollution Prevention Committee together with the School Maintenance Officer located and

fixed the pipes that are broken or damaged.

RESULT/ OUTPUT:

 The pollution prevention committee spearheaded by the Chairman, Mr. Lorenz Jay Manatad

together with the School Maintenance Offices has roamed around the school premise to look for

broken or damaged pipes.

 The broken pipes were fixed by Mr. Marcos T. Vinculado together with the Pollution Prevention

Committee.

 There were no more damaged or even leaking water pipes around the school.

 The activity started at 8:03 am and ended at 9:44 am.
