Technical Content
 Operationalization of Online LAMS Public Land Applications
 Standardization of reports and requirements on PLAs
 The system will also be used in the monitoring of all applications
 Improving transparency and accountability
 Automation and/or migration from manual to computerized processes
Impression/Comments
 This seminar/workshop is a very important step towards the modernization/automation in the processes
of land management
 The presentations were limited only to the overview of the whole system itself, the steps and attributes
must be tackled rigidly specially to the frontline personnel

RELEVANCE OF THE LEARNING EVENT TO PARTICIPANT’S WORK/FUNCTION


As a deputized public land inspector, the introduction of such system will help not only us, but also to the public
we are serving. It will also eradicate, if not, will lessen errors and time processing per application.

RECOMMENDATIONS
 Capacity building to all inspectors, investigators, staff and land management officers and other
personnel involved in the system.
 Provide the necessary software and hardware to the field offices.
 Further improvement of the system.

How will you support the Post Learning Action Plan/Proposal?

The learning I gathered from the field experiences/exposures and this seminar will be shared and consolidated
among the land management personnel of the office for further discussions.

Have you discussed any concerns/resources needed by your subordinate so that he/she can effectively
transfer/apply the skills and knowledge gained from the training?

As discussed, lack of manpower specially in the frontline offices has been seen and the complementing
equipment such as computer and scanners must also be provided.

Would you be willing to send him/her again to other training/seminars/conference?
