AUTHORITY TO NEGOTIATE

THE SALE

THIS IS TO AUTHORIZE RONNIERICK G. WONG, NERI D. CASINTAHAN, ANTHONY D. JACARIA, OSHA MARIE
PAGLINAWAN, and MARILOU LINGO, ALL of legal ages, Filipinos and resident of Davao City, Philippines, to do
and perform any and all of the following acts:

TO SELL the property containing an area of 23 hectares parcel of land, belonging to and in the present
possession of the OWNERS situated in the Brgy. Sibulan, Toril, Davao City, covered by and embraced in Transfer
of Certificate of Title (TCT) bearing TCT No. T-134231;

ABOVEMENTIONED PARTY hereby undertake that the undersigned owners and authorized representative of
the property TCT No. T-134231 will receive a NET PRICE of 1.5 million pesos per hectare, a total of Thirty Four Million
Five Hundred Thousand pesos (PhP 34, 500,000.00) for 23 hectares.

As for the agent’s commissions, agents shall then sell the property for over PhP 1.5 Million per hectare and
any excess over PhP 1.5 Million will cover ALL the expenses incurred for the Transfer of Certificate TCT No. T-134231,
Agent or Professional Fee/Commission, Taxes and all other expenses that is related to the sale of the property. The
Agents will receive their commissions upon the closing/recorded of the sale of the property. The commission checks
above the NET of PhP 1.5 million per hectare will be endorsed to the following agents RONNIERICK G. WONG, NERI
D. CASINTAHAN, ANTHONY D. JACARIA, OSHA MARIE PAGLINAWAN, and MARILOU LINGO.

This is a nonexclusive Contract up to the time we receive the 10% GOOD FAITH of PhP 34,500,000.00
(Thirty Four Million Five Hundred thousand pesos) which is equivalent to PhP 3,450,000.00 (Three Million
Four Hundred Fifty Thousand pesos) good within 15 days starting September 26, 2018.
Once the 10% GOOD FAITH is deposited to our Bank account then the Contract will become exclusive for 90
(ninety) days to complete, record, and close the sale.
