Série: 3TI Data: 21/08/2018 Entrevista com Stan Lee: 1. Who are you? I'm Stanley Martin Lieber, but I'm better known as Stan Lee. I'm a writer, publisher, publisher, producer, director, American businessman and actor who, in partnership with other leading comic books - especially designers Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko and John Romita - created, from the early 1960s, superheroes. 2. What do you do? As I said before, I'm a writer, publisher, advertising, producer, director, American businessman and actor, I work at Marvel, a famous comic book publisher. I'm the creator at Marvel. 3. What jobs have you done? Amongst my greatest creations are Spider-Man, Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, X-Men, Daredevil, Black Panther, Thor, The Avengers, Fantastic Four, Doctor Stranger, Black Widow, Hawk, Nick Fury, Mercury, Scarlet Witch , Ant-Man and Inhumans. 4. What were your first jobs? I worked writing obituaries in newspapers; delivering sandwiches to offices at Rockefeller Center; working as an office boy for a manufacturing factory and as a "lanterninha" of the Rivoli Theater on Broadway. 5. What was your first publication? My first published work was a page to fill in text signed by the name Stan Lee, which appeared in Captain America's magazine in 1941. I used the name "Stan Lee" because I dreamed one day to write the greatest of all books in the country and not I wanted my real name associated with comics. It was only after that that I started writing stories. 6. Did you participate in World War II, Mr. Lee? Yes, during World War II, I enlisted in the United States Army and served in the communications section, writing manuals, slogans, training films and occasionally drawing. After World War II, I returned to my position in what would become the Marvel Comics. Soon after I created the Marvel Staff, "with great powers comes great responsibilities - Spider-Man (1962)," based on what I witnessed during the war, that a powerful country such as the United States should have responsibilities with its nuclear arms . 7. Do you think about quitting and retiring? You are 95 years old. "I'm happier when I'm working. If I'm not working, I feel like I'm wasting my time "
8. Have you ever felt lost?
"I used to be embarrassed because I was just a comic book writer while other people built bridges or went to medical careers. And then I began to understand: entertainment is one of the most important things in people's lives. Without it they can stop at the bottom of the pit. I feel that if you are able to entertain people, you are doing something good. "
