Inland Recycling, L.L.c. are ORDERED to appear and respond to Plaintiff's First Amended

Original Petition and Application for Temporary Restraining Order, Temporary Injunction, and

Permanent Injunction at the Travis County Courthouse, 1000 Guadalupe, Austin, Texas

78701 before the Associate Judge on duty on May 13, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.

The purpose of this hearing is to hear Plaintiff's application for

temporary injunction seeking to enjoin alleged violations of the Texas Clean Water Act.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk of this Court issue a show cause notice

to Defendants to appear at the hearing and attach to the notice a copy of this order and a
